I ordered a Samsung washer and dryer that is continuously advertised on TV as a special and available for purchase. The salesperson was very competent and the items were ordered with a delivery date approximately a week and 1/2 after I ordered the item. The day PRIOR to the delivery I am informed ny text that not only can't the item be delivered the next day but it's going to be another three weeks. I can not believe Home Depot runs a business this way. I received an invoice late due to Home Depot's billing department. The bill was paid immediately, once I actually received it. Home Depot emailed the invoice instead of mailing it to our business which was the incorrect way to invoice our company. This should have never been invoiced this way. Now, my Dun and Bradstreet score dropped tremendously and we have NEVER paid anything other than on-time. This negative information needs to be removed from D & B as soon as poss... read more

I will not be purchasing any major appliances or any items from the Home Depot in Henderson Nevada located on Marks Street. I ordered appliances March 18th, 2021 with a delivery date of June 12th. Because Home Depot ( in their infinite wisdom) would only deliver to my home in Henderson although the home that needed the appliances was in Idaho, I had to contact a third party mover (another $1,500) that was scheduled to pick up the order June 12th, 2021. I purchased an electric clothes dryer on September 14, 2021 and have yet to receive it. The first delivery date was for October 1, and that was changed to October 21. Today I was informed that the delivery date is now slated for November 6, 2021, or 56 days after the purchase. I am being told that this dryer is on back order. The first delay was attributed to the aftermath of Hurricane Ida. I was not informed of any potential delivery problems at the time of purchase and have been lied to from the get go. Scheduled a carpet installation for 09/24/21. on 09/20 i received a call asking if i was available for an installation the next day 09/21 about about 11:30am and i agreed . later on the same day 09/20 i received another call to move appointment to 7:30am on 09/21 . Do not buy appliances from Home Depot. We bought a dishwasher on Aug. 31. We had to wait until the first week of October for the delivery. We thought we had paid for the installation. The deliverymen left the dishwasher and told us they would have to contact the plumber. We contacted Home Depot, and they assured us that the plumber would be covered in the installation price. Hello ****'s here from ****'s fix all handyman services where it is always appreciated... I attempted to purchase 4 boxes(1000s on hand of item I needed) of tile from homedepo in porterville ca online... It turned out to be a mess because they want all the work and are partnered with company's of the sort (ex *********** type) so they made it to where I only received 3 out of 4 boxes and when I confronted them about it they no longer accept my card online to purchase any materials....
