The delivery company they use is absolutely horrible Period we ordered a dryer and after almost 7 weeks and five scheduled appointments to deliver the dryer, we finally canceled the order. I tried to purchase a mattress they had advertised at $199. Two days later they canceled my order stating the mattress was back ordered. I checked two days later and mattress was available for purchase. I contacted Home Depot and was emailed later from their vendor the reason for cancellation was due wrong price on Home Depot website. Home Depot response to me was to offer a coupon that was no where close to the $199. I denied their offer and they have yet to contact me in order to resolve this.

Paid for a freezer three weeks ago and Home Depot scheduled delivery for July 19th between the hours of 10:00am and noon. At 12:15 we called and were told by the "robot" that the delivery was scheduled between 10:00 and 2:45. At 3:15 we called and the robot told us we were scheduled for 10:00an and 5:45, At 6:00pm we called and the robot said delivery would not happen. So ordered a fridge online. Fridge was dented so they were going to let me keep the fridge and order a replacement. Turns out the dimensions listed on the website were wrong for width so it did not fit in the cabinet area. After loading $1200 worth of deck board on a cart (surrounded by signs offering a price match guarantee - plastered everywhere in the lumber section) we got to the cash where we were told that they wouldn't price match lumber. The associates gave us every excuse under the sun. I feel that it is false advertising to place price match signs all over the lumber area then not do it. I tried to buy an oven from Home Depot and have regretted it ever since. Called the day before the scheduled delivery because I hadn't received a delivery windows - turns out they LOST my oven. Last note on their record that it was on a dock. So I rescheduled for another day and was told they would locate it and call me back the day before to confirm a windows. Worst customer service experience of my life. There is no accountability and no one in their customer service team actually cares about the customer. DO NOT order items for delivery such as doors and windows. This is a construction material supply chain and a hardware store that does not value their customers or the quality of their service. If I could give zero stars I would. Will never buy from them again.

I ordered a mattress that was listed for sale on on 8/18/21, on 8/20/21 my order was canceled stating "We're sorry, but the below item in your order had to be canceled due to a problem with product availability. You won't be charged for it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused." The following day 8/21/21 I received an email with a coupon code offering me 40% off for the same mattress. So is it really because Home Depot do not have the product or they do not want to honor the price?
