We ordered a dryer from Home Depot online. When it came time to deliver it, the installers hired by Home Depot took our old (but still working) dryer and "installed" the new one. We discovered that they installers didn't attach the dryer to the vent correctly, making it unusable. We called Home Depot Customer Care, who put us in touch with "D****" in Corporate Resolutions who said that they would not be able to get someone out to fix the installation for at least 2 weeks. If I could select 0 stars I would. Bought a washer and dryer very beginning of June. Was going to be 2 weeks before it was delivered. The day of delivery I get a call that the driver had to leave early and would be another week! I said not happening. So I called corporate and they put me on for June 27th. After they had no time frame for delivery after calling many times I sat home all day to find out that Monday that corporate never saved the date for delivery and it was just hanging around. I order a back door back in September 2020. I called today door won't be in until October2021. Can imagine taking over a year to make a door. I called another company to install my front door in three weeks they order and installed the door. Do not recommend using them

We have had it with HD's poor-quality products, subpar service, and taking us for granted as customers. This morning we had to cancel the installation of five doors that my husband and I patiently waited almost five months to receive. All measurements were taken by the Home Depot installation team in February, when we began the purchase process. If I can give anything a -1 star, I'd give them that rating. I ordered online (homedepot.com) about two weeks ago a microwave. It was delivered on time, but as soon as I got it, I realized it was the wrong size. So I looked at the receipt for any instructions and it says there that if you wanted to return, you should call the 1-800 number. So the same day I got the microwave, I called. The lady I talked to was nice. She said all I needed to do was go to a store and return it. Simple. Until I went to the store two days after.... read more

Bought $3k worth of blinds through this company on the account they would accurately measure and install them. After the product was received, there was one single contract for the entire greater Boston area who refused to install our blinds. Garbage company.

Terrible service delivery. Not wearing masks, no shoe covers, annoyed they had to remove refrigerator doors to get in the house, didn't check diagnostics or anything before leaving. Will never use Home Depot delivery services again!

I paid over $7,000 for wood flooring- ordered it 5/10/21, it was to be installed 6/28/21. Our whole house renovation awaits the floor install. When the installers arrived, they were unable to install the wood floor because the Home Depot rep who had measured and inspected the floor at the beginning of the process in April had made a huge error- he had said the sub-floors were plywood and they are actually particle board, so this very expensive (and beautiful) wood floor cannot be laid on it (it has to be plywood).
