Your sign pertaining to carpet sales outside your Frederick, MD location is fraudulent. Specifically, it says free installation for purchases over $700, provided the cost per square foot was more than $1. I went in and tried to get the deal, only to be informed that it only applied to certain types, despite no such qualification on the sign. So I purchased 2 boxes of Hampton Bay string lights for our outdoor patio. Loved them until 2 months in and the light bulbs went out. I contacted home depot customer service and the first time I was given a number to find a light bulb because home depot doesnt carry it. I contact the number and they never returned my call. Ordered a $3,500 GE refrigerator on 6/6, had several delivery confirmations for 6/22 between 2:30 PM and 6:30 PM, the refrigerator never arrived, no one ever called, no communication whatsoever. After battling Home Depots maze of automated customer service phone numbers and selections for an hour, I was able to make contact with a Home Depot customer service rep. I ordered 32 boxes of flooring on June 13, 2021. I received a notice via text that it would be delivered on June 17. I waited at home, and it didn't arrive. Then the delivery date was changed to June 18. Again I waited at home, and again it didn't arrive. I have experienced the worst transaction imaginable at your Memphis Tn Stage Rd store. This stove was ordered on May 14 with a delivery date of June 17. We took time off from work and waited all day. I ordered a weed wacker from Home Depot from their online service. No one said that they would call me prior to delivery so I did not have my cell phone on at work.
