Home Depot has the WORST customer service I have ever received!! Trouble getting things delivered, false information regarding deliveries, ridiculous waiting times on phone. I am fed up!!!!

I had recently downloaded the app and started ordering from Homedepot. I was shopping online for a diningroom server and came across one that I really liked and it was listed as being sold at Homedepot. I moved ahead and placed the order. I am very upset about the position that I am in due to the installation process that I have gone through with Home Depot (San Diego, CA). I purchased a Samsung dishwasher and paid for delivery and installation by Home Depot. The dishwasher was delivered by Home Depot by technicians that were intending to install the appliance. Ordered an oven online from Home Depot. On the day of delivery, they called to say the glass was shattered and they'd have to get another and reschedule. It was rescheduled a week later but the delivery people didn't know it was to be installed snd to take the old one. Numerous calls and waiting on hold to find out it was a mix up on their side. Buyer Beware! We had 3 sliding glass doors installed more than 2 weeks ago and have 2 big issues. One door came without a lock! And the installers left a half dozen long white scuff marks from the paint on the doors on our beautiful composite decking. We have made over 12 phone calls and emails to the salesman and project manager and are no closer to a resolution. They don't call back when they say they will. Do not respond. We spent over $10k. As soon as this company has your money - they forget about you!
Customer service is horrible!!! The company exacts funds from a customer's bank account with 24 hours, but takes up to 10 days for a refund of major appliances purchased online. If you talk to three different company representatives, you get three different responses to a common problem. Customers are put on hold for a ridiculous amount of time with no immediately resolution.

We purchased a gas oven, which arrived three weeks late due to a shipping delay, with the understanding that it would be installed. We would not have purchased this from Home Depot if installation had not been offered. We unfortunately purchased this item with installation and now have to be oven less until we find a HVAC professional to install it since the Home Depot contractor would not install it. False advertising. Home Depot should work with contractors who offer the services that we purchased.

Terrible online ordering. I ordered concrete blocks 2 weeks ago with added payment for Express shipping and never even received word that they don't have the item. So they sat on my money for 2 weeks until I finally contacted them to find out where my order was. Who knows how much longer I would have waited if I hadn't check on my order.
