I bought 2 boxes of LVT at the MapleWood, MN store recently. They delivered them on time. Out of the 24 tiles, we could only use 7 of them. Thats 71% unusable tiles! The rest were either cracked or marred with a repeated black line that you cannot not see. The contractor tried to make it work but couldn't. He had to leave early because he wasn't about to install broken/marred tiles. So our project is delayed. Home Depot should be boycotted I went to Home Depot in Pinellas Park as I live in St. Petersburg Florida the first time I purchased a 5 gallon bucket of paint the paint was supposed to be gray when I got it home opened it the paint was brown I took the paint back only for them to tell me that the base that I need it doesn't even come in a 5 gallon bucket so I never would've got gray anyway but neither here nor there they fixed the problem and gave me 5 1gallon buckets of gray paint when I got it home it was still the wrong c... read more

I ordered a tool from home depot about 2 weeks ago. They have now changed the date of delivery to a day that has already past. Yet they do not have my tool at the store. They say its in transit but give no date of delivery. Now at the moment I am not only out the $900.00 for the tool but now my work is getting pushed off costing me more money. Terrible experience with my order online at the home depot. I order a 22 ft. Reach Aluminum 5-in-1 Multi-Position Pro Ladder with Powerlite Rails 375 lbs that supported to arrive may the 11 but it didnt, call a few days later to check the status of my order and they told me to to wait a few days to get it but i need it the ladder for work so i decide to ask for my money back to get another one at the store, they say the couldn't do that for some reason and that i need it to wait one more week and they also give me a discount... read more

I purchased Rejuvenate Stainless Steel Cutting & Blending Lube, followed instructions and still product damage my refrigerator. Contacted Home depot to let me know ingredients of the lube or provide more information about the product since website doesnt show anything and they couldn't help.

Ordered patio furniture 2 months ago. The original order was apparently lost, which they weren't even going to let us know had we not inquired. Ordered new set, which finally arrived at the store this past weekend in damaged boxes. Two out of 4 chairs are damaged and unusable.

I'm currently trying to get warranty work completed on a washing machine that was purchased two and a half years ago two different companies have been involved this is currently second week the lady is claiming they're going to come after telling them what the problem is they don't want to hear it they're going to come and look at it order parts and it'll be another week so approximately 3 weeks no washing machine on a simple fix I don't understand

My grandma Bought a Whirlpool Washer for me and my wife with the 3 year extended warranty. On 3/25/21. She bought it at the home depot store on ************** *****************. The Washer was finally delivered on 5/14/21 - 50 days later. They installed the washer and everything and did a test wash. After they left my wife proceeded to try and wash a load the first load was fine nothing great. Then the 2nd load the washer wont drain and is stuck. Home Depot To say that I'm very upset and disappointed with how you treat customers that spend $1,000's upon $1,000's of dollars a year in your store is just for starters.
