I have been trying to purchase a RIGID 18volt cordless Bradnailer #RXXXXXB for over a month from Home Depot, The website and Fredericton store were both showing out of stock everyday. I also checked several other stores across Canada and all were out of stock. The Nailer was $299 with battery and Charger and nothing in store or online stated that it was a promotion. I bought a Samsung Refrigerator and Stove and the fridge did not work whenever I got it so I called for 2 weeks to get somebody out to look at it. Meanwhile I was 9 months pregnant and I really needed a fridge that worked. So finally I called and asked for a refund and to return the fridge because a technician hadn't contacted me in 2 weeks to set up a date. Home Depot Riverdale rd, Riverdale Ut XXXXX Absolutely the worst experience ever. We purchased a new washer and dryer from them on the 30th of April , paying over 1600 dollars with free delivery. I waited all day Thursday the 6th of *** for it to come , no sign of them , when my husband called Home Depot to check on it, they told him that it had been rescheduled per his request. Stopped in the Alexandria Virginia store to get a plumbing part. I actually had the part, (vacuum breaker) with me. After searching for awhile and not finding the item, a Home Depot associate who was working in the department walked past me so I took a chance. I asked the gentleman where I could find the vacuum breaker and physically showed it to me. Do not order online for curb-side pick up in Brantford Ontario. Will be days to maybe get your order if your lucky. Considering never purchasing at any Home Depot again.

A multi million dollar corporation that doesn't assemble the simplest items, has non english speaking employees and sells damaged goods. Never again.

More like the Home Despot: I was singled out and accosted by managers asking me why I was buying so many flexible metal ducts, when they had a price tag that was two dollars less when purchasing 8 or more... I put 8 in my basket, and then get accosted for buying so many... None of the other shoppers were accosted about what they were buying: but I have long hair and wear tye-died clothing, and was persecuted. My experience with Home Depot on line orders has been awful. Two items for delivery were ordered and additional money was paid for 2 day delivery. One item supposed to be here May 5th is now not scheduled for delivery until May 8th. The item that was supposed to be delivered by end of the day TODAY is just being shipped and may not be here for seven days even tho the website still says eta is TODAY (May 6th). Customer service staff is nice but cannot help at all and have absolutely no information whatsoever...this is after a... read more

The Home Depot used to care about their customers and the work they put out. Now, I'm not so sure. The Home Depot in Westerly RI was taking care of installing my tile and hardwood flooring. They outsource to US Installations Group in Attleboro, MA. When they came to install my hardwood flooring the technician installed it incorrectly. They never took off the old trim, put hardwood flooring down and then put white scuffed molding and wood molding down. It looked horrible and very inconsistent around the room.
