I ordered Westinghouse generator April 24 2021. I was sent text and e-mails it was shipped and would be delivered April 30 2021 between 9:00 a,m, and 7:00 p.m. i waited the whole day to receive my shipment. At 7:00 p.m. I received a text and e-mail my date to receive shipment was changed to May 14 2021. Don't ever waste your time or money going to home depot. I had ordered a air conditioner for my mom . And it was late delivering it. My mom stayed around the house all day waiting for the delivery. I didn't get any information about them being unable to deliver on the scheduled date until late that day. Then the next day that delivered they didn't knock on the door to let my mom know that it was outside. It was about to rain . And they left the air conditioner on the front step. On April 9th I ordered a GE dishwasher from The Home Depot (my store is the XXXXX ********** Road location) I was scheduled for a delivery on April 20th. I called April 20th when I hadn't heard anything about a delivery to just be told we weren't getting it that day because they had just received it at the warehouse same day. Wouldn't you call to let your consumer know? No email, No call, No text, NOTHING. When contacting customer service, we are being pushed another week out to 4/27. Ordered a dining set online...their carrier lost the table and they have no idea...after weeks of call with their horrible customer service, they found that...now they wouldn't give me my money back (robbery) until the chairs are returned...their horrible carrier NSD is unreachable and fits well their horrible careless service...many of my friends have the same problem so that it seems like a culture of carelessness...some even involved lawyers...

I used to be a loyal Home Depot customer. I've spent a lot of money in your stores. Late last year I purchased several thousand dollars worth of appliances from a central Florida store, that was not able to be delivered until January. After several failed attempts at installation, the delivery company, that Home Depot sent with my appliances, damaged my kitchen floor. Purchased a KitchenAid fridge fridge from Home Depot in Mar 19. A year later the doors had to be replaced because of a manufacturers defect. In Mar 21, the fridge stopped working completely. Under my ext care warranty by Assurion, sold by Home Depot, it's now two months later with no fridge and five kids at home. I have had three services calls to replace the fan and some other parts to align the doors, still not working and the doors are still not aligned from being replaced. I would like to make a formal complaint about a large order I made at the Bellmead, TX store (#6830) on February February 21, 2021. This order was for Hampton Bay kitchen cabinets and amounted to $6,347.34. The cabinets were to be shipped directly to my home locatio . The invoice stated that I could expect the cabinets to arrive on February 26-April 2. On April 2, the cabinets did not arrive. The Gm Jacob and assistant manager Ashley are unprofessional and rude at 150 Hampton park blvd in Maryland. The store is poorly staffed and at the time only one associate was trained to work the paint station. The assistant manager said she was busy. Then lied and said the Gm doesn't work in the store or deal with customers. Which was a lie. On April 13th I ordered a Westinghouse generator from the Home Depot. It was shipped within 1 or 2 days. Their tracking said that it arrived at NSD's (shipping company) local terminal on April 20. 3 days went by with no up dates of Home Depot's tracking. I have contacted Home Depot's customer service reps almost on a daily, and sometimes more than once a day since. I have spoken to reps, supervisors, and a manager.
