Home Depot Website failed to upload my review with I gave the product the lowest 1 star and a 0 (never) would I recommend Home Depot. Told me I had Ad blockers. I checked, no Ad blockers. So I changed the review to a 4 Star and a 5 recommend and WOW it allowed my review. I will always be suspect of Home Depot review from now on.

Home Depot / ARS Promo. WARNING! I was approach at Home Depot about a tune up special for my AC. Sounds reasonable except now my system is not working at all. I ran the heat last night and turned it off around 2PM and the ARS tech showed up at 4PM. With in 5 minutes my Nest thermostat was displaying a message that the RC wire wasn't connected. Hello Home Depot Team, I purchased three items from you yesterday (4/21/2021) online for an in store pickup at store location #0561 which is Midland Texas. I adjusted the items to be picked up at the store and not have them shipped to the terminal. I wish I could give this a 0 stars.. The home depot in sugarland TX. Is the worst store ever.. Staff are rude and wouldn't help at all and lazy people.. We order a floor and here it is a month later and the floor isnt here and went to the store and they said well we got the notes yesterday and it said apart of your order they dont have but we have the boxes for the floor. And we said to cancel the oared and give our money back. AND THEY SAID WE HAVE TO WAIT TO MAY 4TH FOR THE FLOOR TO GET TO THE STORE TO GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK... read more

Worst service. I bought a 10,000 appliance order. To never have it delivered and to get it cancelled by Home Depot with no intent to fulfilling the order. Even though I paid. There has been no resolution on their end.

they lost my order that was supposed to arrive over a week. I tried to cancel the order and they said the system wouldn't let them even though the order hasn't shipped yet. I gave them money, I didn't receive the product, but they won't give me my money back.

I saw a Makita impact driver combo set on the website but there was only availability, at the time, to order the set online. So I did. It is an exceptionally good deal so I don't want to miss out. The items individually cost quite a bit more than the sum of this combo kit. I put in my order. That was on March 9th. Estimated arrival date: March 10-19. I ordered a riding lawnmower on April 5, delivery was to be 4/14 they changed the date to 4/21 without contacting me. Excited to finally get the mower the night before I check my order it still said 4/21. 4/21 I check my order and behold they changed it to 4/28.
