NEVER a again after ordering a door in March told it would be delivered 4-15 they LOST the door then damaged it refused to offer another option with their mistake and took my money with NO response for their mess. So now I have no door and an 1110 bill do NOT support this horrible company

Home Depot I Purchased a bathroom vanity and matching mirror online on April 3 with a shipping arrival date two weeks later but not received. Have made multiple phone calls to customer service and talked to the resolution department. Regular tracking emails received from Home Depot indicate the vanity should've arrived and in fact still says that it will arrive April 26 even though it's April 28 and no vanity. Bait & Switch. I ordered custom cabinets through their home service on April 10th, paid the $12,000 as stated on the signed contract. Today, April 27th, the design consultant and sales manager call me and tell me they made a big mistake and that what I have a signed & paid in full contract for will actually cost thousands of dollars more (their words, not mine). Do not buy cabinets from home depot. They lost 2/3rds of our order in February. We had to call numerous times to tell Home Depot our order was not complete. Finally the cabinets were reordered. However the doors were warped and we were still missing pieces to complete a finished product. We were the ones having to call to get anything done and to get anything answered. So unless you have an abundance of time on your hands, go with another company.

Although The Home Depot is on of my favorite stores, buying Online was a horrible experience, when Amazon ran out of the wall paper I needed I was happy to see that The Home Depot also had it so I ordered 15 rolls, I never got a confirmation number, order number or email. Approx 2 weeks later I get 3 rolls with an invoice for 15 ! I contacted customer service and the said there was another package coming later, huh ? Zero stars are too many!!! The ONLY positive thing that I can say is that all of the customer service representatives I have spoken with have been pleasant and have tried to do their jobs, while their hands are tied by Home Depot and Whirlpool. We purchased a side by side refrigerator from Home Depot in February 2021, and it was delivered in late March. We also bought the five year protection plan. I cant believe how poor the service is at Home Depot these days. I spent 2.5 hours on the phone trying to reserve an aerial lift for the following Saturday only to find out it cant be reserved on Saturdays. How the heck is any one supposed to make plans if they cant reserve something like that. STUPIT STUPID policy. I avoid shopping at Home Depot as much as possible.

Dealt with Home Depot Edmonton, AB South Common store. They have taken payment for flooring and gave me the run around about submitting the order to the installer. I have talked to them numerous times to complain and although they are reasonably pleasant they have not offered any support.
