Similar situation as other reviews below... placed a large kitchen cabinet earlier on April 14, 2021 (Order #WGXXXXXXXX). Original tracking said the cabinets would be delivered on April 28, 2021. On that day we received 6 of the 14 pieces ordered, however the entire order is marked "delivered" online. It is now May 7,2021 and we are still waiting for our cabinets and for answers. WARNING! The Home Depot does not offer good customer service. They do not follow up or do as they say or should for you as a customer. They also contract with horrible shipping companies that are unresponsive and give wrong shipping updates. Purchased a complete set of Hampton Bay Beacon Park Patio Set in Mar 2-21 . I received all but the loveseat which appears to show 'In transit" and should have been delivered April 20th. We ordered a refrigerator and had it delivered on May 3rd. The delivery guys came and I asked them to please take off the doors off the refrigerator so it will fit. He stated it was fine that way. on his way he scratched my walls, broke a light switch, dented and scratched my refrigerator. I told him my concerns and he dismissed them and asked me to sign. Sunday, *** 2, 2021 - I visited the Suwanee location to purchase trim line for my Homelite Trimmer. I was unable to locate a customer service representative. I was able to talk to the cashier, made a purchase, but then decided to exchange what I purchased, I waited on the line for Returns and people were going straight to the cashier. On April 07th. I purchased a refrigerator in Dale City Virginia at Home Depot. I chose Home Depot because ***** delivery would have taken two week and Home Depot Deliver was 3 days. I paid for installation and removal of the old refrigerator. On the date of delivery the delivery men came in and observed the area where the new refrigerator would be placed and told me they couldn't install it because the water connection was not on the floor next to the refrigerator . Order placed April 13, out for delivery and credit card charged April 22, for a $700 door. I cannot get an answer on where this is. Phone lines are too busy at least 20 calls where they tell you to text or chat. Both of these also don't answer. The store can't help. I have spent over 6 hours over the last 2 weeks trying to trace with zero results

I had an appliance delivered from Home Depot and I was sexually assaulted by one of the delivery men. I have file reports and claims with the proper parties. I am extremely dissatisfied with how Home Depot claims service, Sedgwick, was so quickly to hand me off to their 3rd party delivery company. I have been passed around and I have had 3 different adjusters that say they are passing me on to higher departments.
