Bought a dryer on March XX XXXX to be delivered on March XX XXXX but it was pushed back to April 12th. On April 12th it was pushed back to *** 3rd so I canceled my order and was told I would get a refund in 2-5 days. 2 weeks later and I called and found out that the delivery company hasn't even sent the dryer back and they won't refund me.

I was very disappointed with Home Depot Installation Services for windows. We were told directly that the installers would appear in Home Depot shirts with HD badges and were HD employees. Instead some non-english speaking guys came without masks. When they were done, HD insisted upon final payment even before scheduling inspection. They failed to schedule the inspection until after the permit expired and then only in response to a bad review. garbage company. I order florescent bulbs online and I received a box full of broken glass and harmful chemicals. I contacted customer service and they told me in order to get a return they have to receive the product back.. so I had to handle broken glass and harmful chemicals to get it in a shippable carton then UPS has to handle it again to pick it up just to refund me a lil over $10. I provided pics, that wasn't enough apparently. I will never shop in this store again.

We ordered 8 blinds and verticals at end of January. Man came and measured windows and doors. 8 boxes arrived first week in February. We got an email Feb 24th that installation was delayed. I tried calling and going into local store but no answers to delay. Then we received an email in mid March that our installation had been canceled due to inactivity. I ordered a washing machine which was to be delivered between 9 am-1 pm on a Saturday, we prepaid so that everything would be taken care of, we confirmed we would have someone at home and received a confirmation call stating that everything was on track the day before. Then I called around 2 pm Saturday because we'd sat around all day and no one had come, I called 3 times and the automated system hung up on me each time. I ordered shower doors and they were never delivered however, I was charged on my HD card. I got the run around for over six months. They turned down my dispute, I am done with them.

Ordered Dreamline shower doors on March 24 based on availability; the HD website allows for filtering to instock items. Estimated delivery was April 22. This was an online order. Around April 9 I received an email that the doors had shipped and was given a tracking number that did not work. After 2 days of trying the tracking number I started calling my local HD. They confirmed the estimated delivery date. I called back daily to ensure the doors were going to arrive each time I received the same response " they will arrive... read more

Home Depot delivery service very poor, delivery driver very rude, and did not deliver, lied about their attempts and the supervisor seemed to be ok with that. did not accommodate delivery schedule. Overall terrible experience, will not be buying from Home Depot again.

I ordered a new LG washer over a month ago from Home Depot website. It took over a month to deliver which I understand it's a pandemic. When it arrived it had a dent on the side of the door. They asked me if I still wanted it. I told them no, it's new washer it should have any dents on it. The wash cost me $1200, that's a lot of money. I then called Home Depot, they said returns are handled thru LG which seems odd since I haven't accepted delivery of the product.
