Purchased a refrigerator, microwave and a stove on March 10, 2021 was scheduled for delivery March 26th. Received a call telling me the stove will be delivered a week later, which I wasn't too happy but I said ok. Waiting on my refrigerator and microwave to arrived, had the building superintendent remove the old refrigerator before Home Depot arrived with the new one. What happened? Do NOT buy appliances from Home Depot unless you enjoy being totally frustrated. I had reservations about buying a dishwasher where I got my lumber, I found out why. I would have rated this with zero stars if I could have. We bought a Bosch dishwasher the middle of February. When installers (contractors) came they said the current dishwasher plumbing would need to be adjusted first, so we paid a plumber to do the work as instructed and scheduled delivery the following day. Word of advice? DO NOT use the rental services through Home Depot. We recently rented a truck for a short period of time, At the time of the rental, we paid the $150 deposit (no big deal) and then when it was returned we were advised that the cost would be $26.71 so we would get back the deposit minus that amount in a couple of days. This did happen, but at the same time we received the credit to the account, they took an additional $150 deposit!! This has yet to be remedied. I bought a 25000 but air conditioner that worked for 8 hours, paid a $1000.00 for it and have been trying to get it fixed for over 2 months. They sent some appliance people out here and they had to order parts, it is a Frigidaire unit. I called them today and wanted a replacement. But they told me Frigidaire would have to replace it. They said I could bring it back for a refund which is a lot of trouble for me. I told them I would try to do a chargeback and if they wanted it they could come pick it up.

Placed online order 4/4/21, delivery set up for 4/7/21. Order never arrived, no emails other than order confirmation from PayPal and Home Depot, so I check the website, order canceled day it was ordered. I call today, 4/9/21, fight with their awful phone system, get disconnected before ever getting a human, have to call 3 times, before somehow getting payment protection, despite clicking online order questions, she tells me I called wrong number, even though that number is at the bottom of my online order. Over the last two weeks I've had the worst experience with Home Depot. Purchased a dishwasher (that is still sitting in my floor 2 weeks later) that the installer first said he was just delivering although I paid for installation. Although I had me receipt he said what Home Depot sent to his company was different. His next excuse was I didn't pay for the part needed to hook it up, then I didn't pay them to disconnect the old one, down to him simply saying he would refund me and I go find a plumber to install it because he ha... read more

I purchased appliances back on February 22,2021 and the appliances would've been an installation within a larger kitchen remodel that Home Depot is performing. We ordered the appliances from Home Depot to keep the kitchen consistent. First we were told the appliances would be delivered on the first of April, and due to a snafu on GE's part, that the installation had to be rescheduled to April 8th (today) between the hours of 7 am and 11 am. Home Depot 3111 SE Military San Antonio TX. Mary Ann ******* was awesome. I had a long list of items throughout the store. She told me where everything was located by aisle. She was courteous and very helpful. Out of all the years going to Home Depot, this was the most pleasant and less stressful.
