We attempted to get commercial carpet estimate service from Home Depot located in 695 E Hospitality San Bernardino Ca on the evening of March 5th 2021. We specified to the staff member name Toni that we can meet with the Technician for estimates on Monday morning of March 8, 2021. I have ordered more than a half dozen glu-lams and versa-lams from Home Depot, every single glu-lam has either cracked the length of the glu-lam or had too many knots to pass inspection and each one arrived shorter than ordered by an inch or more, same with the versa-lams with the exception of the cracking and knots. I purchased a washer & dryer on Feb. 22, they delivered it on March 8, however my water shut off valve needed to be replaced. The plumber did this March 8, and the earliest someone can come back out to remove the old washer and hook up the new washer & dryer is March 19. I feel that is too lengthy and unacceptable after spending over $1,600.00.

I bought a brand new washing machine in October 2019 and the washing machine is officially garbage as of 2 days ago, March 2021! I would assume that a new washing machine costing 1000 dollars should last longer than a year and a half. That's ridiculous! I didn't misuse my washer, either.

AWFUL. Came to HD in Ballantine in Charlotte, NC because I thought if get superior experience for my countertops. They subcontracted out to ********. My new countertop breakfast bar has been sitting on two wooden sticks because they can't get their **** together when it comes to communicating. I purchased a refrigerator at Home Depot and had to wait almost 2 weeks for a delivery date only to be told on the date of delivery that they could not bring the fridge into the house because they were not allowed to deliver that size fridge to my home. Now I have to wait almost another week for a more experienced delivery person to bring the fridge. This has been a very inconvenient experience for me. I have lost a lot of food and expense not having a working fridge for almost 3 weeks.

What a joke this company has become. My whole family has at one time or is currently working for Home Depot. It was my first job. Bleeding orange was a phrase we as a family used. I agree with so many of the other 1 star reviews. With so many I wonder how they are still in business. Like so many others I purchased an appliance, an LG dishwasher. From the day of delivery (Sept 19,2020) I began calling about a problem. After actually using it I discovered that the dishwasher doesn't dry the dishes. I recently purchased 2 sets of mini blinds .I only received 1 set i waited a day before calling to let Home Depot know i was missing one . When i called i was treated horribly and was basically told i was lying and trying to get a free set of blinds . They told me it was shipped in 1 box which wasn't true the bottom of the box says 1/2 with a bar code right next to it .
