Miss Toni in appliances is an angel and I take off my hat to her for all that she has done for us because we had issues with an appliance and she really took it upon her to fix it all. You are lucky to have such an amazing employee. All so a shout out to Miss Kathy for her help in this matter.

I placed an order and it was cancelled but they took my gift card money anyway. Never got an email regarding the gift card money. Spent 30 minutes dealing with customer service just to get my money back. Didn't get anything extra wasting my time. When the consumer forgets something or makes a mistake, we get charged a late fee. When the company does it, we have to spend our personal time chasing down their mistake and get nothing.

Extremely poor customer service. Even the manager is rude to the customers.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. The company service and the policies when errors are made on their part, are atrocious. I spent hundreds of dollars on home improvement supplies and issues range from broken or defective items to items not being delivered at all. They would take absolutely no responsibility for the errors. I won't ever spend another dollar there.

Here is a timeline of our very disappointing experience: 2-10 we purchased the refrigerator, extended warranty, etc. and schedule delivery on Sat., Feb. 13. 2-12 I receive an email and a text confirming delivery between 9am and 1pm. on 2-13 2-13 We spend the morning waiting on our delivery. My GE Profile refrigerator was due to be delivered on 2/25. I have waited for two days. Talked to about 8 people between 2/25 and 2/26. The driver(s) seem to be going to the wrong address, but they will not call me. They say they wait and call, and I have not received one call. Trust me, I want my $4K refrigerator. I have sat in the window looking for them for two days now. My phone never leaves my sight. I don't have a refrigerator. I don't have food because I am afraid to leave and miss the delivery. My experience with Home Depot has been awful. We bought a house to renovate and have spent at least $40k there this year. 6 to 7 thousand was on custom cabinets for the kitchen. They came to measure, then sent the cabinets. The cabinets took weeks to arrive and when they did, they were in awful shape. Doors went bent, cracked and broken, half of the bottoms of the top cabinets were finished and half still had plywood edges on the bottom. I would never purchase another appliance from Home Depot again. Ordered a refrigerator on 1/27 arrived on time 2/16 but it was damaged. Delivery guys sent it back to the warehouse and another was ordered. Refrigerator no. 2 arrived 2/25 again it was damaged. Was sent back also. Now I have to wait again for a third on and who knows if this will be not damaged. Only thing they say is , I'm sorry.

I recently ordered an washing machine online for home delivery. The company outsourced to deliver the product did not deliver it within the allotted time. I contacted Home Depot after the delivery time had passed, they said the delivery was still planned for the same day just delayed later into the evening.
