When making an on-line order from my local Home Depot, and I choose the store pick-up option, I no longer receive an email confirmation of my order nor do I get an email or text stating my order is ready for pick-up. Fake refund email! Terrible website with false info! Confused and dissociated business units! I placed an online order to be picked up in a store 30 minutes away because it wasn't in stock at any of the closer locations (according to the website). Ordered appliances, delivery driver totaled my car. Home Depot just brushed me off and told me that's what insurance is for. Spent thousands of dollars here over years and years. Didn't even get a sorry or discount. Not the first time the body shop heard this happened about Home Depot delivery either. In addition half the stuff I buy here is either broken, used or breaks. All inferior cheap garbage! The appliances were flimsy like an aluminum can. Order from Costco, they're fast, dependable and they have a good warranty.

In *** 2019 I contracted with HD Home Services which is a subsidiary of Home Depot to complete a kitchen makeover, I was VERY impressed that they offered a lifetime warranty above and beyond any manufacturer warranty. I was also impressed with the quality of the samples they showed me which included a beautiful CAMBRIA quartz for my countertops. We ordered cabinet kitchen cabinet refacing. They delivered the wrong cabinet color 6 weeks later they delivered cabinets where the doors did not match the drawers. The trash cabinet door does not stay closed Numerous other problems occurred We called their customer service number number, but were told that they were only installers and could not help us, because it was a manufacturing problem. Very misleading on window replacement contract. Salesman verbally stated equivalent or better specification comparison to top grade PTG Impact windows. The following day after signing the contract and providing a stiff deposit I found out the windows I purchased were commercial grade non insulated and only had a five year delamenation warranty. I called to purchase a extended warranty on one of my appliances with Home Deposit. They ended up transfer ed me in 9 different departments for doing nothing. All of them are lack of knowledge and wasted consumers times for over two hours. An Answer can be answered in 5 minutes instead they passed to one and others. I wish I could give 0 stars bought a washer dryer in Dec had it delivered on Jan 02 they have a 48 hour return or replace policy if machine doesn't work, I called on Jan 4th machine wasn't working.
