They sold me a crappy GE oven in June. I have had it serviced 4 times and it still doesn't work! I'll never buy and oven from them again!!

I love Home Depot! They always make good on any problem that you have even an installation. They are reliable. I wish they would get a bigger selection of ceramic pots though. The Durbin Park Managers are Amazing. Very helpful!

I was looking for a storage cabinet and Home Depot had one I liked. They also offered a small $5 coupon online. The website said that there were limited supplies online and to call and see if it is still available at the only store within 90 miles that says has them. I called and a very helpful gal said that they had exactly one remaining. I asked if I can purchase it online and come and pick it up curbside. I purchased a washer and dryer on January 15, 2021. I purchased from Home Depot because I was told they could deliver and install with in one week. The washer and dryer were delivered on January 21, 2021. The washer was severely damaged when unboxed. The washer had to be returned. The dryer was installed. I another washer could not be delivered for 2 more weeks. The washer was delivered and installed on Feb. 4. I washed clothes and put them in the dryer and the dryer would not work! Doing business with this store is horrible. We purchased 3 security doors and installation from this store. After purchase it took at least 4 months for them to come out and install the correct locks after multiple multiple calls trying to get a manager and never succeeding. I went to the store numerous times only to get jacked around and was never able to get a manager. Today 18 months later, one of the three doors will not latch when closed. Purchased 6 appliances and had to wait 4 months for delivery of all items. The people that delivered the appliances are a 3rd party company and not affiliated with home depot. They pulled up with a rental truck from enterprise. Once the team started to uninstall the appliances there were automatic appliance issues due to water shut off valves not being right next to where the units are located and washer valves. Bought a new microwave in box brought it home to install and found it was a used microwave someone had returned. I had paid full price for a new unit. Since I live close to an hour away it was a major inconvenience to exchange with nothing for my time but what I had originally purchased. Go someplace else if you can. Then I sent a review to home depot about my experience and they rejected it guess they don't want the bad reviews.

On 1/22 I ordered a gas range to be delivered on 2/3 as I had to schedule an electrician and a plumber. They had 135 in stock so no problem. On 2/2 I gave my electric range away. Only later did I find out due to their incompetence I could not get delivery until 2/6 which meant I was without a stove for a week including super bowl Sunday. An assistant manager assured me I would get a call to compensate me for their errors. As of 2/14 I have not received a call.

I purchased a toilet seat from the Home Depot. After the plumber installed it, he brought the fact that it appeared to be used to my attention. As the previous seat was broken during removal, it was necessary to leave it in place while I sought a solution. I was unable to resolve this return in a manner that was satisfactory. I requested that a replacement be shipped to me, as we are in the middle of a global pandemic. It is also beyond disgusting that I was sold a used toilet seat. For shame Home Depot.
