We ordered a dishwasher it got held back and when they came they were completely ******** they wouldn't even bring the dishwasher in or install one star worst customer service ever

I purchased a Samsung refrigerator 2.5 years ago with a 5 year extended warranty. My son has autism and peeled both stickers off the appliance with the serial numbers on them. They are both easily accessible to children. The refrigerator is now broken and The Home Depot will not honor the extended warranty because of the missing stickers. I am in their system as having the warranty with the correct model number but they will not do anything else to rectify this situation.

On January 8, after doing much research for my bedroom remodel, I purchased 2 City Scene duvet covers in the Twin size. On January 12 I received my package with 2 full/queen covers. I went through the process to return them and the associate placed the same order for me- 2 Twin duvet covers with a 10% discount. On January 18, I received my package. We purchased a front door and a deck slider (>$5,000.00), a full kitchen appliance package ($4,000.00), and pergo flooring for my master bedroom We have had 3 changes to the original quoted door installation date and now at 3 months they moved my expected date up another month. Ordered a washer November 2020, still don't have it and never notified. They keep changing delivery date. It's now saying apr 2021. So sales are done and my coupon expires. Don't trust them.

I ordered a washing machine on 12/22. I choose one that cost a bit more than others as it could be delivered on 1/2. It is 1/18 and I still do not have my washer. The delivery has been delayed for one reason or another FIVE times. Home Depot phone system leads to many dead ends and a CS rep actually lied to me and said she spoke to the delivery company and they were on their way. Ordered all new Kitchen appliances on 9/6/20. Today is 1/18/21 and I still do not have them. They were scheduled to be delivered to my house this past Saturday finely. The company called and confirmed delivery on 2 occasions and then driver called and advised 30 minutes away. They showed up to my house with nothing!!! Said they couldn't find my refrigerator so they removed the other items from the truck and forgot to remove the delivery work order. Terrible experience with Home Depot appliance customer service. We purchased a dishwasher and it arrived to our home damaged. We sent it back and then we waited two months for another one. That one arrived even more damaged than the first. Home Depot made no effort to rectify this for me. I have been without a dishwasher for months. The only solution was to refund me and repurchase another unit. I declined and they informed me it would take 7-10 days to get my money back.
