Shipping Fraud Don't order anything online from Home Depot. They created a shipping label and them charge you immediately for an item that they have no shipped. They let you wait for days sometimes weeks while they get the item in stock and won't let you cancel. They do this to hold onto your money for as long as possible. Period, customers should not be charged for an item until it actually ships. Home Depot is running some shipping scam. Check the track after you place an order. I live in California and I'm moving to Texas. I placed a $5000 order for new appliances and a barbecue. The new appliances went well and was scheduled to be delivered on the date I was going to be in Texas but the barbecue did not. After having the same washer and dryer for 20+ years I decided to go to my local Home Depot to get a new front loading washer and dryer. I fell in love with a LG set. When purchasing the washer and dryer we decided to open up a Home Depot card to build my husband's credit. We put 1/2 on the card and 1/2 on my debit card. This was on 11/28/20. Could not meet the promised delivery date for washer, knew product was not available, promised delivery anyway. Did not inform me of this until I called late on scheduled delivery day. Charged me for product anyway. Stay away from their large appliance sales.

I was told appliances would be Monday took day off no show told they would be here Tuesday again no show. It is now Wednesday was told they would be here between 8-12 it's well after 12 can get anyone in phone. I missed 3 days of work with no pay and no at Home Depot seems to care. If no shoes today I will cancel order and take my business else where. Very Bad Customer Service!!
Horrible online service. My husband and I finally saved up to purchase a new washer after making frequent laundromat trips- cut to the day of the washers "delivery", and the washer was never delivered. I called to ask the whereabouts of said washer, was transferred 5 times, no one knows what happened to the washer. We eventually find out that "someone online" cancelled our order, never contacted us about this, AND still charged our bank account. We will NEVER order another appliance from them again.
