I ordered a fridge for my disabled mother- her old fridge stopped working. Home Depot in Scarborough promised 1 week delivery. 1 month later it arrived. I purchased a major appliance from homedepot during Black Friday week with a good discount. The delivery crew wanted me to sign a full waver just in case they damage the wall while delivering the fridge. I did not agree to sign the waiver and told them that I will call Homedepot to get another delivery scheduled. I purchased a microwave with warranty delivery and installation fee scheduled for delivery on 12/2. Microwave showed up installers could not install product did not have tools needed. I went back to the store as I would not accept it I am trying to get a refund the store has more stories why they can not refund money to my card, and thsy are not very compassionate, looks like I *** have to have card company debit them back to get my money back. I will not purchase from this retailer again.

I ordered a dishwasher for delivery and installation on November 16th. The delivery was rescheduled 5 times, then finally yesterday it was set with the delivery company for 9am-1pm. At 3pm, no word so I called the delivery company, my zip code was off by a number so I had to contact Home Depot to correct. Home Depot in West Vancouver are the worst Appliance company to deal with. My husband and I ordered a brand new washer and dryer on November 15th at the west Vancouver store. We paid 2700.00 . We were told at the time that our delivery would be December 12th, 2020.. This seemed like a long time to wait but what can you do. I have been waiting on my appliances for 2 months. Today marks the 3rd missed delivery. This is my first time doing business with Home Depot and I am not impressed. Customer service is no help. I keep getting excuses as to why the delivery has not taken place. I cant leacve zero stars Have some smoke come from the oven and the bottom inside paint or coat started peeling Call tech support and they say is a cosmetic problem and cant replace the unit I guess is a bad service for sure and i will not buy again on home depot and i will keep try to return the oven The manufacuring says dont cover cosmetic issues ? really and home depot cant accept the oven becouse is a manafucaturing warranty please Home depot dot copy yoy replay from other comments

My in laws ordered a freezer Nov 13 2020 and after 3 no call no show delivery dates tmit arrived finally 4 hrs late on last del date ... broken , they lost food from the first supposed del date and here we sit with A broken freezer with no delivery date until around Jan 8th it's been a nightmare and I will never shop there again! The customer service has not been to my satisfaction!

I would not give a star, but had to click on the 1 star in order to leave this comment. On Nov 29, 2020 I ordered a Dewalt Combo kit from their homedepot.com website. The particular kit (Atomic 20-Volt Lithium-Ion Combo Kit) for $399 highlighted "buy this kit and get 2 free tools. The website page carried an image of 12 tools to select from.
