Beware of Home Depot online purchases. I purchased a washer online, which got delivered to the wrong address. Then they double charged me for delivering to the right address. It's been over 2 1/2 weeks and I've been on calls and chat with them every day to get the wrongly delivered item returned (at first they didn't pick up, next they refused to accept when I hauled to store myself, and finally picked up) and even after 5 days of return, the refund is still in limbo.

Home Depot Samsung Washer Protection Plan - I bought this expensive Samsung Washer from Home Depot and also purchased a protection plan to cover for 5 years. Recently, the hinge that holds the washer door lid is broken after so many uses and home depot refuses to cover this. This is a mechanical failure that hinges to the door breaks after some time. I sent the following to Home Depot customer service and during a live call with a service rep; same non-satisfaction. Good morning. I would like to issue the following complaint. In the spring of 2020 I purchased a full Amerigas propane tank from Home Depot in Sandy Springs, GA XXXXX. I tried to use it for the first time yesterday 12/30/2020. My name is ******** ********. I was in home depot located at 2851 E Us Hwy 30 in Merrillville, IN on March 20th, 2020 when I was blamed for stealing because of the color of my skin. I was racially profiled and discriminated against. I came to the store to purchase some wire and to bring back some products I had purchased. I asked one of your employees for help. "Online only" products come from third-party vendors who cannot be trusted to ship the product. You will receive a notice that a label was created for shipping, but it will not be shipped. Home Depot will then tell you it's being shipped so they can't cancel your order or refund your money and they also will say that they cannot control if the product will ever be shipped. Buy online from Home Depot at your own risk. Home Depot will not help you and will not work with you to get to the product or your money back.

Ordered online, entered 2 gift cards and selected tobcharge the remainder thru paypal. It charged the entire amount to paypal instead of taking from the gift cards first. I was told i could make the drive (1 hour one way) and return the merchandise (3-5 business days to put the money back in my account, by which time my account will have overdrafted) and purchase again with the gift cards. This is not an acceptable resolution.

If I could give them zero stars that's what I would do. The worse customer service in the world. No contact on their website except phone. Calls are put on hold for extremely long time, sometimes more than an hour all together (after being passed from one agent to another). They never call back.

Wish I could give 0 Stars......Horrible customer service....Like the blind leading the blind. I received a Milwaukee toolbox as a gift from my wife and my 2 Boys for Christmas this year (2020) and when my boys opened it up to give it to me on Christmas morning the top box was damaged. They had no idea as the cardboard box was not damaged in any way. My oldest son, was taking the lead on getting the box, and returning it etc. I went with him to exchange the box and it was a mess, no one knew what to do and they refunded the e... read more

Here's the problem: • On October 30th we purchased a new Whirlpool dishwasher from our local Home Depot #603 in Tustin, CA (invoice # HXXXX-XXXXXX). • First Trip by Installers - A week or two later the installers showed up with the dishwasher but didn't install it because they said we needed a longer electric cord and water hose.
