Worse Customer Service Experience EVER!!! STORE 6561 GRAND PARKWAY TEXAS Placed an order online with this store because it showed that they have the order in their inventory. Scheduled and paid for a 2 days delivery. On day of delivery, called the store, ALEX (a female, might have lied about her name) picked up the call, asked about my order and was told my order has been rescheduled to the next day from another store that they didn't have the inventory in their location. Made an online purchase that was missing 1 item when it was received. I immediately called their customer service number and let them know. I was told to give it a few days because they have been listing one tracking number but shipping in multiple boxes recently. Waited 3 days and nothing. Called back and was told I needed to file a claim with FedEx - it is not a FedEx problem - it was a Home Depot shipping department problem. My wife and I purchased a freezer for our basement from Home Depot, including delivery. The freezer is fine; the delivery, decidedly not. The crew damaged our hardwood floor, part of a step, and gouged our ceiling. Our repair estimate is $752. That's bad enough, but stuff happens. What is inexcusable though is our treatment since then. HD first passed me off to its insurance carrier, a company named Sedgwick. Bought a $200 patio storage box. Delivered from mfr, poorly packed and with multiple broken parts...TWICE!!! Contacted David ******, on-line Customer Service for Home Depot...he said: "That's not the Home Depot way", and proceeded to refund my charge, order a new one delivered to my local (Lawrenceville, GA) HD store, and communicate with an assistant manager regarding assembly and delivery...he copied me his and asst mgr's full names and contact info. Horrible installation service and customer service. We bought a Samsung electric range, three door refrigerator and a microwave in Sept 2020. We paid over $3000 for these appliances and an extra fee for installation of microwave. They were delivered on Oct 27. This is our third microwave installation. The first two we did, but we are older now and did not want to handle this one. I watched the installation being done and told the installer there was a problem. I placed an online order for a washer and dryer combo on November 10th. I received a receipt and confirmation of delivery for November 14th which stated they would call the day before to schedule. I never received the call and I called on the 14th to see what was going on. I was told the appliances are on the truck and they would be delivered and I would receive a phone call 30 minutes before they deliver. Ordered 2 windows online was told they should be in in 2 weeks, they arrived a month later and one window was broken. They ordered another window for me and said it would be another 2 weeks and an update came to my email 2 days later and it stated it would be 2 months. This will be the last online order from home depot for me.

The worst experience ever with an order online. I cannot pay with different type of payments. They cancelled products from my order the same date wtihout a reason. different dates, in my case 4 for pick ups for just one order of 7 products, one is almost 20 days after the purchase. The customer service gave me different information about the order and products. The app and website are a complete disaster with the orders online. I never recommend order online, is better go and get what you need. Stay away from ordering online... read more
