Worst customer experience of my life. They lie blatantly to your face. Sent me the wrong product. Turns out the correct product is on back order. But the site said it was available and let me order. Have had something I never wanted sitting in my house for almost two weeks and im not able to get my money back until they pick this one up. Theyve lied several times about when they would be here to get it. I would never recommend ordering online appliances with Home Depot. Ive spent hours on the phone and have NOTHING for it.

Would be a 0 if I could. Ordered flooring for my home on day of install was told that only half the materials they needed had been delivered and they could not do any installation of the flooring because the gentleman who did the measurements did not do his job correctly and I could not do vinyl flooring on my existing floors. Consumer Alert! Do not order any major items online from The Home Depot. I ordered a $1,200 generator from them back on March 14. I didn't know at that time that they contract out their online orders via third-party (shady) logistics companies for delivery. In ******* that company is Fast Mile Logistics. The first date I was given by Fast Mile for delivery was Friday, 3/18. ZERO Stars(but it would not allow submission without at least 1)! Horrible experience at BOTH the Bellingham and Oxford locations. Purchased a ******* riding mower. First one delivered had an error code of E33. ********** took it back, said yes, there is a code but it is running fine. We could take it back or wait 6 weeks for repair. No thanks, we'll take the credit. They only credited the cost of the mower and we had to fight (with letters to corporate and AG) to get the ****% tax refunded as well. False advertisement They out of the items on sale but when they get it back they dont honor the sale price and lie to you by saying we changed vendors so its not the same

I ordered cleaning supplies online. Huge mistake. Some items leaked in route. I understand that is a risk but try s******* the top on the bottles before shipping. A few items I ordered were canceled with any explanation. Im not ordering anything from this company again. I will just go with Lowes from now on. Terrible service.

I had this order scheduled to be delivered on March 16th and then it was rescheduled for March 28th by your company. I lost a day of work worth over $300.00 dollars plus I have to pay two workers that I scheduled to come to my home to set up the new storage shed for me. Your delivery did not show up. Extremely disappointed!! I bought a dryer in 2020 and have had to have someone out to repair it several times now. I paid for the 3 year extended warranty. Every time it is for the same issue. There is constantly an issue with the motor. I am now having the same issue for the 3rd time and they are telling me they they cannot replace the item.
