This business is trash. I bought 2 Husky shelves, and both were delivered damaged. Having owned a Husky workbench and ladders, etc and thinking the name was quality, I gave them another chance. The next two were both damaged. 0/4. I built one the best I could and requested replacement parts to complete the project. No one cared. They actually sent me the wrong parts. Steer clear of Home Depot. I have been dealing with this for weeks now.

Home Depot sold me a Mech Marvel **** watt generator and a extended warranty, and now wants me to call a number and a technician will tell (Me) how to fix it ?No one will help me ! $500.00 spent for a piece of c*** ! Home Depot Customer ********************** in ****** **, hung up on me ! I'll never spend another dime with this company !

My experience with Home Depot has been a nightmare1 I wish that I had read these reviews before purchasing my flooring, on 02/10/22 I ordered flooring and paid for it . 1. The rep wrote up the wrong order for flooring , 2.I called the store to have it corrected on 02/14/22 3. I waited 3 weeks on a fencing estimate. The day before my appointment they texted me and said my job was too small so make sure your job is over $5,000 because this was a $5,000+ job. They then said they don't carry the fencing that I want, I went to their website and they have the fencing in stock. They didn't told me they don't use Home Depot fencing because it's sub quality they use a different company. This was Home Depot installers. So I wasted 3 weeks for them to pull that the day before!

Terrible experience! Jeopardized the safety of my family! We ordered blinds in August that have still not been properly installed and it is now almost April. They were installed so that we could not unlock or open any of the windows in the bedrooms and this was thankfully only discovered by ourselves. Management has not addressed the issue, does not respond to emails and has terrible communication skills. VERY FRUSTRATING EXEPERIENCE WITH THE HOME DEPOT **************** ********** APPLIANCE AND DELIVERY TEAM AS WE REQUEST THEM TO CALL ** 1 HOUR BEFORE TO LET ** KNOW THAT THEY ARE COMING BUT THEY CALL ** RIGHT WHEN THEY ARE IN FRONT OF THE HOME AND SAY IF YOU DONT REACH WITHIN 10 MINUTES, WE ARE LEAVING. THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO DO THE **** THE DELIVERY TEAM IS VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL SO PLEASE TRUST ME AND DO NOT PUCHASE APPLIANCES FROM TRUST ME. What a terrible experience! Zero out of five stars. Do NOT trust Home Depot for installation. The dishwasher I ordered was delayed four times for delivery. I prepaid the installation and haul-away of the old appliance. When the new appliance finally arrived, the installers were unable to install the appliance and recommended I call a plumber. I purchased a small home appliance GE GDT66SGNBB on January 30 2022. The dishwasher was back ordered so the expected delivery date was 11 March. The dish washer$809.00, the installation/removal $25.00, install kit $25.00, extended warranty $105 totaled $1114.01. The home depot sells Ecosmart light bulbs. I purchased a 6 pack for more than 30 dollars. It was when these type of light bulbs very extremely expensive. The bulbs where suppose to last for 20 years. Well, now they flash. They didn't last even a fraction of 20 year years. So I call up customer ********************** and talk with a foreigner who ask me if I have my receipt.
