We purchased 33 boxes of Vynil flooring we paid $3158 for it and for the installers $3900. After all the installation was done we noticed there is a fish design in each plank of the floor. I went to home depot explained what we have found in our floor and they promiss to check with the manufacturer. I got scammed by Home Depot purchasing 5 gallon water. I was told there was a $10 desposit on the container. When I returned the container, they said I cannot get my deposit back. I can only get a credit on the purchase of another 5 gallon water. I spoke to the manager and he basically said he did not care that the sales person gave me bad information and he refused to help.

I placed an online furniture order on March 22, 2022. I tracked this order daily to make sure the item was on track to be delivered. On March 27 am, the item showed to be on track, so I had my old furniture removed. Then on the same day pm, the item showed CANCELLED.No one notified ever me the item was cancelled due to back order. I think 6 says was way too long to have waited to be told the item was on back order. I usually love Home Depot. However, we purchased over $7000 of hardwood flooring from their website and after receiving it noticed it is not the same color as what is pictured online at all. There is also no information on the box to verify if it is even the color we ordered. WORST HOME DEPOT EXPERIENCE FOR $4000!I purchased five (5) storm doors (H1248-242853) from HD on 12/11/21 with an install date of Feb. Sub contractor arrived with 5 doors, but only 2 were cut to specifications. Contractor installed 2 doors (door closer removed on other 3 doors and not replaced). To date HD has NOT phoned me re apology or current status. I've phoned HD at least 8 different occasions to either be left on hold or the phone was disconnected. We purchased appliances in February 14 on March 26 they were to be delivered. When they arrived they came in house removed kick plate on the dishwasher & the man said I cant install this & we attempted to express we paid for installation its right on our **** . I will never purchase from the Home Depot again. Most recently they have been cancelling my online orders and not giving me a reason just charging my card then waiting 10 days to get a refund. This is a complete scam they let you buy items that are in stock and then say your order is cancelled for no reason even though we have the stock. Horrible company and I will not being going there ever again. Lost a lifetime customer

I placed an order on February 23, 2022 (Appliance Bundle) that was to be delivered on March 26, 2022. I received a text message of March 24, 2022 to inform me that my order had been rescheduled for April 7, 2022.
