I ordered carpet to be installed at my home in 01/2020 with Home Depot. The carpet was ordered by Home Depot and installed by Home Depot's subcontractor Carpet Pro. In 2/2022 just barely two years after installation, I started to notice a crinkly sound at high traffic area like the fiber was breaking down and I suspected that the backing was failing prematurely so I called Carpet Pro to come out and inspect my carpet. I wish I could leave 1/2 star. Their word is NO good. ******************************************************************************************************************************* a few weeks if you let us go ahead and install all the windows. If we have to reorder the whole window it will take months longer. They have said the replacement has been in the warehouse for a month now and I'm tired of calling to get it installed. VERY FRUSTRATING EXEPERIENCE WITH THE HOME DEPOT **************** ********** APPLIANCE AND DELIVERY TEAM AS WE REQUEST THEM TO CALL ** 1 HOUR BEFORE TO LET ** KNOW THAT THEY ARE COMING BUT THEY CALL ** RIGHT WHEN THEY ARE IN FRONT OF THE HOME AND SAY IF YOU DONT REACH WITHIN 10 MINUTES, WE ARE LEAVING. THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO DO THE **** THE DELIVERY TEAM IS VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL SO PLEASE TRUST ME AND DO NOT PUCHASE APPLIANCES FROM TRUST ME. I AM GOING TO GET A REFUND FOR MY ODER.

Home Depot contract's with a delivery company that doesn't know what customer ********************** is. I will NEVER buy any appliance or anything that needs delivery from Home Depot again

Just got home from a frustrating trip to Home Deport. We had to interrupt small groups of employees who were standing around to ask for help and then got a point of the hand. No one moved a step to assist us. We were after a small piece of countertop. After being pointed to the general area of the countertop and finding what we wanted, we had to walk around looking for a cart and then were pointed to the carts with outside. Extremely disapoointed in my experience with Home Depot -delivery/returns and customer **********************. Last summer, my family had a washer and dryer delivered - the dryer had to be returned so was put back on the truck to be taken back. We went back to the store to order the appropriate dryer and state returned appliance. We have been waiting for a refund for a cancelled appliance order for over 2 weeks. HD has been giving us the runaround that they are waiting for the delivery agent to report the return. We cancelled the order because the the delivery agents were were not prepared to install the dishwasher, where as our order included installation and removal of the old appliance.HD charged us when we placed the order 2 months ago. Our experience with HD was been terrible.

Home Depot is lying to it's customers in a fraudulent manner. I ordered a dishwasher from Home Depot that according to their website, was In Stock. The dishwasher, per Home Depot emails, was to be delivered on 3/17/22 between 7:00 am and 11:00 am. 11:00 am camE and went and no dishwasher. I contacted the Home Depot supplied telephone number for tracking appliance orders. All day the computer voice told me it was running late, but 'the driver would contact me within 30 minutes of delivering.' At the end of the day, still no d... read more

I went to Home Depot **************, ** on March 10, 2022 to purchase a washer/dryer set since mine had stopped working that morning. They assured me the set would be delivered on March 22nd which was 12 days later and of course I wasnt happy, but resigned myself to it. I called Monday March 21st to confirm my delivery date of March 22nd and found out they had rescheduled my washer for March 29th and my dryer for March 31st without confirming or contacting me.
