I ordered a washer from Home Depot in 3/9/22 from a Home Depot customer rep. I was called with a deliver day and time for 3/15/22 between 9 and 2 pm. They called before they arrived but found they couldnt deliver the item through the size entrance. When ordering a mattress I received a defective one and started the return process. They charged me for the new mattress but they couldnt take the full amount out so they took all but $40 of the order and drained my entire bank account. When contacting them on numerous occasions they kept telling me my order was cancelled and that they never took any money out. They continued to refuse to help and give me my money back!

Horrible service both manager I believe one was name ***** or ******.. both unprofessional. Abusing power, Horrible dressed, uniform is not up too code. In corp, please send me email because I still haven't got my money back that those two say the refunded. For that I Lost a loyal customer. And **** I spend money here for my company. I get treated this way. If anybody from corp look at this please send me message. Be jumpping threw hoops trying to get ahold of them

I ordered a cabinet for my bathroom. I chose it amongst others because of the magnetic chalkboard. I did not receive the correct item that I had ordered. They have refused to accept responsibility for their error. The customer ********************** was awful. They were very nonchalant about what they had done, So if you order this item you probably will not get what you actually ordered. They will not try to make it right to make sure you are satisfied. We ordered double front doors from our local Home Depot. It was the worst possible experience. We went to the store where they helped us order the correct doors. The doors came in but the wrong frame was ordered by HD. They told us that they had reordered the frame, so we started the waiting game. My husband went down there almost every day, and often missed the person he needed to see. He was told on these trips that he would get a call back, and he never got one. Ever. My washer wasnt properly installed. I had requested that it be installed when I ordered it. The paperwork showed I didnt request this. But the delivery guys agreed to install it.I wish they hadnt.Went to run a load after they left. I go in and see water all over my carpet. I check the hose, and guess what? It was dangling off the back! All the water went straight onto the floor.I had to go out, buy pliers, and do the work myself.Oh, and I couldnt get through to the delivery person to let him know what happened. I had kitchen counter tops installed with a sink and faucet. Well, the sink has rust stains and hot water has low water pressure. I have made numerous phone calls and sent several messages with pictures and everything remain the same. The countertops were installed in late October, the rust stains appeared a few days later, and low water pressure began in November. Home Depot sent a plumber to investigate in December. I placed an order that didn't arrive. I called to cancel it and they refused. Their customer ********************** phone number doesn't work. The agent I talked to refused to give me a name and direct phone number. I would give a zero if I could.

We used Contractor from Pro Referral. Home depot recommended not pleased with contractor work.
