I had windows and patio doors installed by Home Depot in January of 2021. More than a year later I'm still waiting for them to finish the job. I called multiple times and e-mailed. No response. Worst experience ever!

This was the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Rude delivery, failure to set-up major appliance, local storess unwillingness to take any responsibility or lend aid, appliance stopped working correctly within 5 days, then impossible to schedule a repair. I will ever order from/shop at Home Depot again even if I have to drive 30 minutes to a Lowes.

I purchased lumber in person and put in will call for pick up. Purchase was on debit card (my mistake instead of grabbing my credit card). 6 days later before my 7 day hold period was up, someone walked into a store an hour away, loaded up their cart with exact items on my order, went to the cashier and returned all of it under my original order. I ordered ceiling tiles from Home Depot. On delivery day, I only received 1 box of ceiling tiles instead of the 9 boxes ordered. I called to complain and they said the other 8 boxes would arrive the next day. Nothing came, I called again. They investigated the complaint, and said I was wrong the boxes were delivered. I purchased a GE dishwasher from Home Depot in ********* **. When I used it for the first time after delivery, it did not wash the dishes and was full of water. When I called Home Depot they said it was unreturnable and would not offer a replacement. This appliance had only been delivered within a 24 hour time period. We have purchased at least ********* at home depot rebuilding and remodeling 2 homes in the last year. On November 25th 2021 we ordered bi-fold doors for a pantry. A measure was done a couple days later. Doors ordered, expect 10 weeks due to Covid. Not a problem. Doors arrived, brought by installer and wrong size. We ordered a dishwasher back in January and were delivered the WRONG dishwasher. After absolutely HORRIBLE service, like the WORST service you will EVER RECEIVE FROM A COMPANY, we decided we didn't even want them to deliver the right one. They had the wrong one picked up and we were told our account would be credited/refunded and it still has not been. Ordered a wheelbarrow. Delivered very fast. It was defective. Tire would not hold air. On the phone over 2 hours. People just gave me phone numbers, nobody told me how to have it picked up and exchanged. I'd never buy anything at home Depot that I couldn't return to the store myself

Lazy employees, Management doesnt care at all about managing. Ive been told on several occasions the Home Depot is a self service businessnot being able to find a single employee is a common occurrence. The *******, ** location is the worst place I have ever worked. My supervisor was making pizzas shortly before coming to work hereand only got the job because his brother was a manager.
