*** and customer ********************** was absolutely amazing. His above and beyond demeanor literally left me inspired. I witnessed *** handle a small situation a miscommunication that could have led to a serious problem. I've bought 3 appliances from homdepot with no luck from break downs to damaged on delivery and the worst extended warranty plan. I was told it's going to take over a week for someone to look at my ** fridge that stopped working for the 2nd time. They delivered my dryer damaged and said someone would be calling me and marked it on the delivery papers but no call. I took the day off work for my dishwasher that never came or no phone calls so I decided to wait and see how this would end. My card was charged for the appliances ... read more

Horrible customer ********************** I have ever experience. I have gone on several occasions and it never fails. As if the culture to be rude has long been established there to be inattentive, or nobody cares kind of attitude. Management is pathetic .

Home Depot would not deliver to my house. Like many in *********, **, I live on a one way street with on street parking. I also have a driveway. But Home Depot would not deliver my appliance.The first attempted delivery was aborted because the truck was too big and could not find parking.After speaking with the Home Depot expediter, we made arrangements for a second delivery attempt and agreed that I would have cars saving spaces for the delivery truck that would then quickly move upon arrival. This company is VERY DISHONEST AND THEIR APP IS HORRIBLE. I was compiling an order on the app but did not confirm as I decided to go to *** computer where I can see the screen better. I changed an item for a slightly different item and pushed confirm. BOTH ORDERS WENT THROUGH! What a stupid software design! I discovered this immediately but cannot cancel the order I don't want! HORRIBLE. I called immediately and now I have to wait to get the tracking # and call it in for the order to be cancelled and this is for my disabled ... read more

NEVER purchase any major appliance from Home Depot. The delivery service *****. There is NO COMMUNICATION. It is NOT a smooth process at all. I purchased 4 major appliances and had issues throughout the entire process.1.One out of 4 items were on back order and the entire order had to be rescheduled. Doesnt make sense. I had to wait an extra 2 1/2 weeks for the order to arrive.2.The installers said that they could not install my microwave because they could not remove it. I had a friend remove it in 2 minutes. I was shocked when I had a late fee attached to a **** statement with a no-interest for 1 year. I called Home Depot customer ********************** Account Inquires to speak to a customer ********************** rep. **** after an hour of trying to understand how to navigate around an automated system of wanting to constantly placing me into a 'text' mode, I was able to speak to someone on the Pacific Rim. Home depot has been Knowingly selling defective ******* refridgerators for years now. We paid $2300 for ours and the problems began 6 months later. Come to find out their are multiple class action law suits for these defective appliances that have been going on for some time. No help from home depot to resolve the issue nor did they make us aware before we purchased.
