I purchased a GE Profile french door refrigerator, along with the 5yr protection plan, in 2020. I haven't had the refrigerator 2 years and it's beeping uncontrollably. I have called the ** Protection Plan numerous times, I either wait ***** mins on hold in attempt to file a claim, only to be either get dismissed or disconnected. Despite the protection plan claiming that my claim would be serviced in 2 business days, it has so far been almost 2 weeks and nothing has been done. DO NOT ORDER AN APPLIANCE FROM THE HOME DEPOT AND EXPECT IT TO BE DELIVERED!!We ordered a GE stackable washer/dryer unit on December 28, 2021. Three reschedules and two of them were no-shows before I cancelled the order on January 29, *****. Lots of promises and an equal amount of excuses with no one actually knowing the status of an appliance that was to be delivered. We have not been pleased with our services we have recieved from Home Depot. Our biggest complaint we had was when we opened up their credit card back in July in which we purchased one item. (ceiling fan which was like $129)We were on vacation & file our bills electronically so we were 5 or 6 days late. I called immediately to ask them to waive the fee since it was first time.The preceded to charge us late fees additioanlly every month which I tried to dispute without success. Horrible customer **********************. I ordered a new dishwasher a month ago including installation and removal of the old appliance. The first scheduled delivery, noone showed up no called, even though on their record they said they did. The second scheduled delivery, I had to miss a day of work. The brought the appliance but didn't install it because a replacement shut off valve needed to be installed under the sink and only a plumber could do it. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE The teams shows up (without calling ahead) to deliver a washer/dryer and after setting foot in our house said the appliance wouldn't fit. No measurements, no attempts, the appliance didn't even come off the truck. Take 2, a week later, we scheduled a drop off and this team I was impressed with because they made it happen and got the units into our basement. I had spent $1,215.79 on a GE ******************* Dryer on August 17, 2021. The dryer came but was damaged by the drivers. They told us to call a number to report it, I did. I was told if I returned it, I could have my full refund. I have screenshots of the emails confirmation. They came and got the dryer and told me to wait about **** business days for it to come through. I waited a month. I called back, the receptionist told me no refund request was made. The delivery company they contract with is horrible!!! They put no effort into setting up the appliance that is promised when you purchase. Also, they are very difficult to communicate with once they are standing in your home because they barely speak english. They have lost my business with this poor choice of contractor.

Purchased an item online for home delivery. The delivery day comes and nothing is delivered. I checked the status in the ** app, and it still says processing. Opened a ticket with the online chat people and they said the item was delayed by the vendor, and the vendor would reach out to me. I explained that my project was timed around the delivery and now Id have to find another source, unless I could get an accurate eta. Online Purchase never delivered. Nobody contact me with this issue. Tried several times customer ********************** with no resolution. Lack of items at the stores making customers to make online purchases with a terrible outcome. Please respect customers, this has to stop. ****
