Terrible appliance installation policies and associates.Paid to have a washer installed and the old one hauled away. The water supply hoses had a small amount of rust on them, so the associates refused to disconnect the old hoses. Apparently this is their policy. I had to disconnect the old one myself, and haul it out to the street. I also had to install the new one myself. I purchased an ** french door refrigerator from Home Depot. Home Depot delivered and installed it. The ice maker quit working after 3 months. The three numbers to call do not connect me to a person. And the final transfer, with automated voice, says I can receive either an email or text. Still no person. I tried to open the text and it said it is no longer valid. I am done with Home Depot. I gave Home Depot one star because the website won't let me leave none.

I HAD A FENCING CONTRACT WITH HOME DEPOT MY AREA WAS SHORTEN BECASUE OF A MAN HOLE. WHILE TALKING TO THE EMPLOYEE AT HOME DEPOT IT WAS DECIDED THAT THE ***** NEEDED TO GO TO THE OVER END OF THE *****. AT NO TIME HE INDICTED THAT THE MAN HOLE HAD TO BE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE *****. THE FENCING COMPANY CAME IN INSTALLED THE ***** BUT SHORTEN BECAUSE OF THE MAN HOLE. Awful. The ******** ************ delivery drivers came and left without delivering. The customer care woman was horrible. Told me to act professional. When she becomes a pro, we'll talk. Until then, a -1 .

I recently did a bathroom remodel job through home depot Home depot had the Remodeling contractor contact me. I was under the impression that since I went through home depot I would not have any problems with this contractor. Boy was I wrong 1st of all I was overcharged by about 30% And the job took 3 months longer than it should have After contacting home depot with my problems and my claims they blew me off like it was nothing I will no longer do any business with home depot or any . Beware of the Home Depot credit card promotion. It is deceptive. They will tell you it is interest free if you pay it off within six months. They don't tell you that this promotion does not apply to smaller purchases. I had a mixture of large and small purchases. Between my wife and I we purchased over $50k in merchandise last year. I consistently paid more than the balance due every month and still was charged over $240 in interest for the year that I thought was interest free. In store Carrollwood #**** in ***** ** they work with no sense of what is customer **********************. I make appointment for certain time to buy my kitchen cabinets and when i show to my appointment the same lady who make the appointment told me she gonna call me when is availaable time because was on customer for same time that me. ****** good afternoon. The kitchen projects. We do not know that we will ever see it finish. We are not done with the countertops as they have left all the electric outlets hanging from the back splash.
