Home Depot very furious with this company i placed an order and was canceled twice and they wont release my funds so they take your money with out having the products then they want your to wait 5 days to get your money back ****** with Home Depot is the store manager i tried talking to he is not available to talk to the customers i want want my refund worst company that i have ever dealt with I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE PLEASE BE AWARE OF THEIR SCAM!!!!!!!! Very unprofessional , unreliable, substandard service and products.I ordered rod iron/screen backed storm doors and it took 3 months to receive merchandise as well as 8 trips to the store to get order corrected. On 3 separate occasions I demanded to speak to GM and they refused to see or even acknowledge me. Even on the day of installation I had to run back up to store (which is an hour away round trip) while the installer waited at my house.
This relates to an online order with Home Depot that I placed for fulfillment through its retail store at ********************************. We purchased a tankless water heater, electric from Home Depot in *********** **. They are supposed to have installers available but the one that called did not install electric heaters. We called them back and the person said they had no one who could do that Now we're up a creek, trying to find an installer. So much for their integrity of service. We're done with Home Depot!! Don't trust them!
I'm not sure when Home Depot decided it would be alright to only have self-check out open. I bought a washer and dryer from home Depot and 2 men came today to deliver and install.I asked for the men to please use the **vent to attach the dryer vent since it has to be a sharp 90 degree turn.FIRST, the main guy said "you don't need it- just ask your husband when he gets home".... and after THAT misogynistic and sexist comment I informed him that not only was I not married and a single mom, I did all mechanical work myself (obviously more than him, as I now see). Paid for 4 kitchen appliances. Delivery promised three times, no show no call each time.
Purchased pipe wrenches on line, 4 of them.Received 1 of the 4 and was told by Home Depot to call my CC bank and dispute the charges and then they would get back to me. Purchased 4 commercial tape measures and received 2.I do not mind at all paying for what I order.I do not like paying for things I don't receive.I will spend my money elsewhere from now on, and so should you.************
I've never had a worse experience with a purchase. We purchased 4 appliances online and had a delivery date set over 1.5 months out. The day of the delivery it was cancelled 1 hour before the delivery window closed and we would not have know if we had not checked the tracking on the website. Home Depot advised us to call the appliance manufacturer then their outsourced delivery company. They act like a third party wholesaler rather than a store you pay for a service.
