On the 11th of August 2021 we bought vinyl flooring from Home Depot's store #**** in ***********, *******. We paid for the installation of this flooring and for some furniture to be moved at the same time. We had done business with Home Depot for other projects but never flooring. At the time of the purchase we told the salesperson that 3 years before we had removed the carpet from our home and laid this same vinyl and we now wanted to remove the remaining tile from the kitchen and hallway and replace it with this product be... read more

Purchased a refrigerator for use in a vacation property that arrived with a large dent in back panel. The delivery driver stated I could accept or decline delivery. Since it was a 3 hour drive I accepted delivery and contacted Home Depot *************** They were very polite and helpful and offered me a damage allowance that would be delivered via US Mail in the form of a debit card within 6 weeks. They suck!! I filled out an application and they said I was moving on to the next part of the employment process. So I clicked on the site and began answering the questions and they asked me if I would work part time I said no ,and then it said that you are no longer moving forward in the employment process. This position I was applying for was a full time job. F*** Home Depot!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased an extended warranty on my GE washer. I reported a problem with power on unit and they sent a tech who said the main control unit was bad so it was ordered and replaced. After tech had left I found that unit only fills about 2 inches of water for a full wash. I called the warrantee into Home Depot and they did nothing for a week. When I called them they finally assigned a tech to come out. It seems that if you don't call daily they will put you off and nothing gets done. I had ordered a Safavieh rug from Home Depot this year, which when it arrived at my home, had massive faults such as the fibre of the rug was pulled in many places.Hence I returned the item. But because I liked the colour of this rug so much, I went through this exercise 3 times, only to find the same problem occur each time. Finally, I gave up on this product and it was time for me to receive the refunds for the same. I purchased a Ryobi ************************************ late September. Less than 3 months and it does randomly. Its over 400 pound and very hard to move when it quits. I contacted the store manager at the Hilltown ** branch and he told me to bring it in, no problem. After I loaded it took it to the store the assistant manager told be it was not returnable after 30 days. He didnt even know their own policy which is 90 days for this item. I ordered mini blinds from them; when the order came, part of the order was missing, that I needed to cancel and reorder the missing parts. After I received the order and they told me to call them to have the price adjusted to reflect the delay. I spent 2 hours on the phone with them, and I only get a $40 back which is not ever a 10% of the total order and because of the order delay, I end up delaying my work for over 3 weeks to get workers to finish the job. That is not acceptable.

The quality of customer ********************** is really bad. The blinds I had installed started malfunctioning right from the beginning and its so hard to get customer ********************** to respond properly and my blinds are still not fixed weeks after I made the request.
