I usually don't post reviews but this one had to be done because everyone needs to hear what GARBAGE Home Depot is! I went into ************* location in ******** to purchase an OTR microwave. Horrible website for ordering. I needed Qty. 2 4x8 plywood sheets delivered. I added a sheet and selected delivery and then added a second sheet to the same order. The initial sheet was delivered but the other required pickup. After calling Home Depot they said I had to specify delivery for each item separately. So I ended up paying $120+ for a single sheet of 1/4in plywood that costs $30.This from a store that was breached a year or two ago. Nice going Home Depot. Merry Christmas to you too.****

I ordered a storm door through the *********, ** store and it was installed by a guy, ****** who did an absolutely terrible job. My door is hung unevenly and this is clearly visible by looking at it. The bottom of the door closes tightly against the fuzzy material around the door frame, squashing it and the top of the door doesn't even touch this material. I will NEVER shop at home depot again. I thought I was doing them a favor by shopping with them instead of going to ******* I purchased a washer from them online. The washer should have been delivered within 3 days but after two non-deliveries and 2 weeks later, I had to cancel my orders. We only received an email with delivery date and time. I am hugely disappointed with the service I have had over the last six months with Home Depot. I ordered kitchen cabinets and countertops back in July 2021 and was told the window of time was 6-8 weeks to get them ordered and installed. There was zero communication from HD for the first 6 weeks or so. I then started calling weekly to get updates even though they assured me each time that they would communicate with me the progress of my order. They did not. We paid extra for an expensive carpet that claimed to be pet stain proof carpet. It had a lifetime warranty for pet urine. A few months after Home Depot installed it, my cat put it to test. She urinated on the carpet. We spent $800 to get it professionally cleaned but could not remove the stains. We contacted Home Depot. Home Depot requested photos of the stains. We provided the photos. Home Depot's website either A) sells info to spam messagers or B) has terrible security to protect the info of their customers. I should not see a massive increase in spam mail and text messages the day after using said email/phone for a purchase at home depot's website. Why do you even require both a phone number and email for one time guests? I rarely do online purchases, and this is the only thing in months. Note to self to use a fake name next time.

Would you please stop going To these stores because they don't care? 1. You can call 20 times, and people don't pick up the phone or just put you on hold. 3. Managers don't know how to manage their products, how to interact with customer **********************. 4. One store does not work with another.5. Very angry and disappointed in Home Depot! Very unprofessional and only care about the money and not the actual customer. I bought 2 exterior doors and 2 storm doors in September after almost a month of waiting to purchase them. I had to wait on home depot to measure my doorways. Then I had to wait 3 months for them to be installed! I had to fight to get the back storm door installed due to it being ordered separately as a special oder.
