I purchased a refrigerator on December 20 and the deal was that they were going to deliver the product on Dec 30. On Dec 29 The Home Depot called and stated that the driver was sick so it was re-scheduled to Jan 6 AND they were going to send us a $25 gift card for the inconvenience. The new set delivery day came and no one called us. During that day all of of sudden I see a new delivery date of Jan 10. Jan 10 date came by and it was set to be delivered between **** am. I purchased a dishwasher in store on 12/19/21. The sales process was smooth; the sales rep was great to work with. However, ***************************** of the appliance is another story. Initial delivery was scheduled for 1/3/21. Home Depot did not show and did not call to let me know they would not show. So I called Customer ********************** to reschedule for 1/10/21. Horrible service they delivered a washwr/dryer no tools to install the machines,they used my tools They hooked up the water hose wrong They broke my outlet They had two guys delivered these machines only one guy was hooking up the machines and the the other guy sat in the truck watching a video on his phone ??????

Unhelpful and impolite staff. Yesterday, I returned an item to the Home Depot on ******************* in Brooklyn, **.The Home Depot employee did not greet us, barely spoke to us and was aggressive in his interaction with us. I stood with the item in my hand for several moments- having to ask him if the order was complete because he was not speaking to us. It was a very unpleasant interaction. Home Depot has been the worst taste in my mouth Ive ever had with any company ever! In short: ordered a fridge; delivery team has no communication with vendor nor customer, falsified information to companies and stated attempted delivery when there was a no call no show; GE stated there was a vendor delay yet ** says otherwise; was not prioritized and was on the phone for hours (across weeks) with dozens of people trying to even figure out, where the fridge was and if we were going to receive it. I bought a Christmas item at 50 percent off. The next week it was 75 percent off. I came to the store to request a price adjustment for the difference. The amount of time of the price change was within a week. I could understand it there was a lot of time between my purchase and and the price change, but I feel it is unfair to not honor a price change within a week. I am very unsatisfied with this.

I put a order for a fence on Nov-16th 2021. The delivery was expected on Nov-23rd. The product was shipped and stopped in another warehouse between the day 16th and 23rd. Nov 23rd they delivery just a box what means less than 5% of my order. Today is Jan 5th *************************************************** the middle of the way and every week they change the day of delivery. I was told that I would get carpet installed in a month before I payed for it. Several days after I payed for it suddenly its two months. They now won't move up the install date or refund me so I can purchase elsewhere

I purchased a range from Home Depot , ********** ** location and their customer ********************** after the purchase was absolutely horrible. The delivery process stood me up 3 times without even a call to let me know that they would not be showing up, THREE TIMES ! They said they were UNable to contact their delivery drivers each time to ask them what the status of my delivery was, only to find out that the delivery wasn't coming THREE TIMES.
