Do not use Home Depot by a **** Case for any deliveries and installation. Its been three months and I am waiting on installation and its excuse after excuse. They will not refund me at all. Scammers!!!!I had no problem with Lowes
It doesnt matter in which store you are (here in Queens, **), 95% of the HDs employees -in any Queens store- are there TO NOT HELP YOU. After the ordeal to get help (if lucky) to find what youre looking for, people on the registers are like the worst DMV office you can be in. Slow, clumsy, talking among them ignoring and NOT respecting the customers time at all. A quite DEPLORABLE store to be honest.
I purchased 4 windows from Home Depot for approximately $4,450 in May 2020. In August they were finally installed. There was a torn screen, 30 year old window framing reused on 3 of the windows and some plastic board material used on the kitchen window. All of the windows also have some paint damage. For 2 month I can't get my washing machine fixed I have warranty on there warranty department gives me run around they gave me appointments and nobody shows up then I call the service company they say nobody made appointments for home depot 4 times this is happening now I am forced to go buy new machine because have 4 kids at home teenagers and 2 elderly and I have a mountain of laundry this is Ridiculous!
Terrible Everytime. I ordered an appliance on 12/13/21 and had the delivery cancelled twice. The delivery company that home depot uses US Pack is terrible. Here is it 1/13/22 the second delivery day, the delivery company called to cancel the delivery, when the home depot delivery tracker website says that I am the next stop. The delivery company states that home depot has no way to track them, and my product is sitting in their warehouse and it not on a truck. Home depot did an o line order called it and is not returning my money.
I ordered a generator on wed 5th and delivery was suppose to be on the Friday the 7th called customer ********************** at end of day on 8th told them it did not arrive they called ***** and I was told it was at ***** warehouse and because of covid they were short staffed and should be delivered nxt day by 4pm to 6pm .Did not arrive.i called ***** and they did have it on dock but a bar code was missing so it was put on hold until they received it they said .So today it arrived and late by ***** delivery alert by 2 hrs t... read more
In April 2021, in order to remodel our kitchen (cabinets and countertops) we went to Home Depot Riverbank. A lady started working on it and it took 2 months until the final design got ready. During this 8 week, somebody came twice to our house to the kitchen and the cabinets because they wanted to give us a perfect design without any mistake. I wish I would have read these reviews before doing business with this place. I thought this was a popular and reputable place to trust in for any in-person and online orders? They got people who sound like kids answering the customer ********************** lines like I'm calling their house asking a personal question!
