Firstly, the Home Depot staff at the ***************** **********. *********** **. are very helpful and pleasant. However, we ordered and paid cash for a Refrigerator, Dishwasher and Cooker. We paid for installation and removal of the old appliances (the cooker is on back order) the appliances were delivered 1/4/2022. The refrigerator was installed, but we were told they were unable to install the dishwasher due to the wiring and suggested hiring a plumber. Everyone needs to be carefully with this fraud from Homedepot! I had an online order. I ordered two items, but HD only provided me with one tracking number. So I assumed that both items were in one package. The package was delivered by ***** successfully and in good condition. After I opened the box, only one item was in it. The other one is missing! AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!! To get into the specifics would take a lifetime. Just know to pass on this establishment for your floor needs. I am getting a refund on mine as I am typing this after 3 weeks of being given the runaround. And, again, I say AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!!
This company is the worse for Customer ********************** in the business. I ordered an item back on November 2, 2021 and still haven't received the item. I ordered a stove 10/31/21 They told me the stove would come 11/16/21 from 11/03-11/15 I received multiple phone calls and emails and text messages stating that my date for delivery was November 19th. I believed they switched it because of the delivery demands for thanksgiving.on 11/16 i get a phone call from a delivery guy saying he was 5 minutes away.I was completely confused. The worst company to work for as a Contractor! they don't pay or other contracors fet your pay!
I purchased a mattress online December 15th with expected delivery date December 21st. The delivery was continuously delayed ( it was a Christmas gift) so I had them cancel the delivery and order and issue a refund December 24th. The customer rep promised and told me that it was canceled and not to worry I would be refunded. December 28th rolls around and they delivered it anyways and charged me. Contracted with Home Depot for a complete bathroom remodel. It was a disaster. They subbed it to Specialty Contractors out of Portland. Original contract date Jan. 13, 2021. 4 months no communication. Many phone messages. Met with **********, ** HD manager ***** August 7, 2021. Horrible communication all around.
