I ordered dish washer on 16 December 2021 and they delivered me damaged one. I immediately report to home depot service and they took the damaged on Feb 7. 2022.And till today I am still waiting for my full refund. Called CSR several times and everytime they said having a IT Glitch so they are unable to refund. It's more than 2 month and haven't heard anything from home depot. Terrible customer **********************. Please never buy any appliances from home depot.
While shopping for a bathroom cabinet, we were sorely disappointed by the workmanship of the cabinets right out on display. Crooked doors and drawers. The person assisting us did not want to open one from it's carton so we could inspect it. His reply? "They might let you do it up front after you pay". We were at the point of taking one home anyway until I said to my wife, "Why are we buying anything of such poor quality? We left the store empty handed.
Why isnt my military discount attached to my credit card? I cant always get a signal in my phone to bring up the barcode. I buy ALOT of stuff from you and its ridiculous that when I cant get the barcode to come up you wont take the military ID card.Most employees are considerate enough to do it but today the guy in the garden center was being a jerk about it.
I had applied for a position (Lot Associate) at my local Home Depot. The installation/delivery people stole a piece of heart-shaped artwork worth $40 from a collection of five sitting in the entry to our house. All five were there beforehand - the only things displayed on the table - and now only four are there. No one else has been in the house. Didn't realize I had to ****** them in and out of the house to prevent thievery. Appalling. Do not trust Home Depot installers. This happened in **************, ****.
Horrible service. They'll tell you one thing online, and when that doesn't turn out to be true, they'll deny ever saying it. Steer clear for any sort of appliance purchase. You'll get incorrect information and be stuck without an appliance for a week while you try to figure out who to call to get it installed...
I ordered a commode and a sink. Right away the delivery date was changed. I have paid ***** for it to be delivered to me. I waited another 10 days, this time they used an excuse their truck broke down, i was put on a third delivery schedule which was supposed to be today, this time i got hold of ****, supervisor of deliveries, who told me the truck was broke down. Bought a dish washer from Home Depot on Nov. 1, 2021. Bought the one that they said was available not the first choice we had made. It is now Feb. 7, 2022. Finally got the dishwasher after three plus months. They dropped it off tho we paid for install. Said that a plumber had to do the install. This was not the first attempt to install. Once had a damaged unit to house. Obvious damage. Had several calls to them to reschedule delivery. They are just plan very bad. Will never buy anything like an appliance from Home Depot. H.D. claims to support the military. WRONG! They have made it impossible to use the discount. Without a Smart phone to download the app I no longer qualify for the military discount for indoor shopping. I called their corporate office to find out my options and was told they were aware of the problem and were working on it. If they know the new plan doesn't work why not go back to the original system until they get it right? Lowes may be a little less convenient but at least they do in fact support the military.
