I purchased an ** refrigerator in December of 2021. I was not able to hook it up to my water supply for a few days. When I did connect it, I found that the supply line to the ice tray was manufactured incorrectly and notified ** of this as soon as it was discovered (48 hours to make ice). Home Depot says its not defective if it can be fixed. Hello, it is defective and that's why it needs to be fixed. Long story short, it is still not fixed and Home Depot refuses to replace it.

Home Depot uses a poorly performing sub contracted delivery company! Does not even deserve 1 star.This is the second time I am trying to get a washer dryer delivered. Purchased from Home Depot, Cape May ***** House, **. Home Depot uses a sub contractor for deliveries: ** Pack Home.First time - they arrived to two different installation appointments without the parts, leaving the washer dryer in my garage. Made me cry the service is that bad :( I have spent 5 hours wasted on the phone - they delivered bins to me but with the wrong sized lids, YOU HAD ONE JOB lol....no biggee right? called to have them come pick them up but said i need to bring them back...I am unable to walk and in a wheelchair and they said oh well. wow....***** and Autumn are about as compassionate and horrible at customer ********************** as it gets! The Home Depot install process in central ** was a joke, and it feels like a huge rip off. By the time we realized how grossly we were being overcharged, we were told it would be more than 1/3 of our total to cancel, because of "restocking fees" for products that had not yet been confirmed as ordered or produced, and were not custom sized. The installers were polite, but the plumber who came left a huge mess and talked badly about previous clients who had reported a leak and called them liars. I purchased windows with screens, from Home Depot in May of 2021, the screens are faulty. this was approximately in July of 2021 when they were installed. In August I reported my concerns with Home Depot, I was told the screens would be replaced. I ordered a Patio Door online for in-store pick-up, the order took 2 months in arriving at the store, they finally got the door but not the same one I ordered, they asked me if I want to re-order and it will take 2 months more to come, so I decided no to do it, is totally unprofessional and client satisfactionless. Customer ********************** chat is absolutely horrible. You can read the chat experience and see for yourself. Home Depot Customer ************************ can see the credit was applied on Feb 16th! No way to reach customer ********************** without going into the store, then all you get are lies and promises.I ordered a dishwasher and it was delivered February 12, 2022. The dishwasher is broken, I attempted to reach customer ******************** 2/12 for approximately 3.5 hours with no success. Home Depot lies about their policy.! I purchased over $2,000 (Brand new washer and dryer) right before a holiday sale. I was told by the store associate that IF the items do go on sale that I could request a refund for the price difference. Well lo and behold, it went on sale. I called and was told they would not honor the price difference because it had been longer than 7 days. Yes, you read that right, 7 days. Online orders are good for 30 days but IN STORE orders are only good for 7 days. I was NEVER told this by the stor... read more
