The Home Depot rental in ***************** is a courteous and knowledgeable **** but they rent equipment that they knowingly is faulty and does not work. The mechanic told me it's too difficult to remove and sharpen the blades so he just leaves them alone and I should stay out of his business and don't tell him about machine maintenance. 3rd and last bad experience renting at a box store. I'm paying more and going to a real tool rental business from now on.

Home Depot has the worst customer ********************** the worst manages the worst representatives sit around on the a** doing nothing all the customers looking for help. Two of my bathroom remodel by them in the one bathroom the granite top is coming apart from the sink and its only been five years and I was told oh its the glue but we cant help you. I returned everything I purchase from them dont use them dont use a terrible horrible company

Placed an order 3/8/2022 and have attempted to track it. Home Depot website provides link that is incorrect. Called customer **********************, on hold 23 minutes, rep ****** tracking if "final delivery carrier". 1 star only because there is not a Zero stars option. I have been dealing with Home Depot on ********************* in ******** now for several months to build a house. I've spent over $30,000 with them in the past few months and over $50,000 in the past several years. It's impossible to overstate this organizations incompetence. Their apathy. Purchase KitchenAid 2BR Patio Grill for $219 on 12/10/2017 at Home Depot. I barely use the grill and last time I try to use, I smell gas and saw that the metal that support the burners was totally oxidized and the parts loosed. I stop by and spoke with Home Depot Customer ********************** and show the pictures...They told me that the 10 years warranty on the *** doesn't cover that part. I bought a **** PSI ************ washer from Home Depot in ************. The product was a good product until the mechanism, the water sensor they have on the unit is defective. I bought the machine on December 23, 2021. I did not use the unit until January and so in using the unit, the water sensor came off. The sensor is showing threaded on the pump. Home Depot did my Kitchen Remodel and it was a night mare. The cabinets from Kraftmaid were supposed to be best quality and they are terrible quality. The installers Home Depot hired did a sub par job, don't know how to miter corners on the crown molding and installed the light rail under the cabinets very sloppy with corners not mitered well. After placing an order with the Home Depot. The order was not signed for though it was supposed to and arrived completely trashed. When we returned the item and had it re ordered the order was randomly canceled and we were not notified. After calling customer ********************** we were given an attitude. This is not the first time we have had issues with this company. I have now been with out heat in the main room of our house for a month now.
