This store is definitely a DIY only store. Go in buy your materials and DIY. They have a subcontractor that installs flooring and carpeting, and they do not do a professional job at all. They only have one installer that knows what he is doing. It took 4 months (at least 5 or 6 scheduled appointments) to have our flooring installed, and it still is not right. Does not uphold price match guarantee. We ordered our product online and picked it up in the store the next day. After getting it home we found it online through Amazon $200 less expensive, but they would not uphold price match guarantee because it was a "seller" through Amazon and not Amazon itself. They told us if we found it directly on a sellers website they would honor it. On August 3, 2021, I signed an agreement with Home Depot to replace 14 doors and 3 cabinet ends of my kitchen cabinets, I was precise in telling the person who came to take the measurements to make the new ones exactly the same as the ones I had at that moment. Learning the hard way to NEVER do home delivery fro Home Depot. They subcontract delivery but dont seem to take responsibility for actually getting your order to your house. Ordered a vacuum that did not arrive on the expected Thursday, sat on hold on Saturday and was told that the shipping company is closed on the weekends and I need to pursue this next week. Also the tracking information was messed up. None of this is remotely professional for a company of this size.

This is the Home Depot in ******* ********. They should not be allowed to deliver. Their entire return policy consists of the customer inspecting what has arrived and rejecting delivery if theres a problem. The delivery came, it was dropped off and the people drove off without getting my signature or inspection. Instead they signed for me for proof of receipt. This cannot be legal.

HD has delivery issues...it has not control over its subcontractors, no integrated systems, no real time updates, heaven forbid you have to make any kind of change.....late deliveries, damaged deliveries, poor communication, they do not have a handle on online purchases requiring delivery, installation etc.....so disappointing for a company this size...terrible retailer...they lost my grill being delivered...i was hold for 20 minutes...had to go into a store...encountered an unhelpful manager to eager to cancel my order....s... read more
