Called *********** after receiving a letter from them saying they will decrease our credit limit if we dont use our card. With the Pandemic and my husband health we dont try and go out and if we dont buy something by June they will drop our credit limit which affects our credit. Crazy they check your check to give you a card and drop your credit. If you dont. We are in our 70s and try and protect our rating and a company can ruin it by not charging items we dont need.

Purchased GE washer and dryer on 3/27/22on 4/4/22 washer and dryer delivered dryer damaged sent back in mean time my old washer and dryer were disconnected 2nd delivery date 4/11/22 vender sent two washers instead of one washer one dryer . Third date is set for 4/15/22. In mean time I have no working washer and dryer already spoke to HomeDepot manager she took off $150 from my $1782.00 purchase but I still have no washer or dryer . This does not help

I live next to a Home Depot in queens, ********. The workers that work late into the night play obnoxiously loud music on and off until 4 am some nights. I have reported them to 311 multiple times and the police department has taken action to stop the music. How can Home Depot allow their employees to disrupt a residential area where there are professionals who are sleeping and need to get to work as well as children who need to sleep. Everytime I either get on The Home Depots website or visit a ***** ******** location I regret it. Let me just start by saying their prices are ridiculous. The website is slightly above barely functional. I can never figure out how to just add something to my cart. So that forces me to *********** and one is forced to realize the nightmare is only just beginning. Kitchen remodel service. This is the biggest scam Home Depot is not the one doing the work. They hired a third party which was a guy with no experience and had no idea what he was doing. I paid over $14,000 and my kitchen looked like I had did the work myself I was told the whole remodel would take 1 week and it has now been 8 months. There has been multiple people out trying to repair the work the first guy did. I went to my local Home Depot around 9am to purchase some items I was in need of. When I was done I proceeded to the self check out. I waited in line until a register was open. There were two girls directing people to self check registers. I used the scanner to scan the items in my cart. This was kitchen make over project and I purchased this service form Home Depot. I paid the fee of $19,451.95 in 11/2021. They came to my house to do the job on 3/4/2022, which was supposed to be one full day job. However they didn't finish the job and I emailed the complaint with pictures to a regional installation manager of Home Depot. She once responded to me just saying that she would update. I ordered 15 cabinets from home depot online. One of the cabinets was a 36 inch drawer cabinet. It cost ******. I never received it. I called home depot to complain about not receiving it. The lady argued with me telling me that I received it. She refused to investigate. That lasted days. I then called my home depot credit services. They transferred me to someone in home depot again.
