Ordered a vanity online for home delivery. Tracking info was useless at best. Item showed arrived, but according to home video surveillance, a truck never arrived. Upon my own tracking investigation utilizing numbers given by customer **********************, I tracked the item to their own warehouse in ************, **. Do not buy windows / doors from the home Depot window installation department. In August 2021 we ordered a French door for our back sliding glass door as a replacement. We still don't have that French door nor do we have a date for it to be installed. Instead, in December the wrong sized door arrived. Their installers ripped out my current door before deciding that the door they had was over 3 inches too large. It's currently held into place with duct tape. Very Bad Customer ********************** got fireplace from home depot as house warming gift from one of my friend and there own manufacture company Home Decorators Collection but they don't want to stand with there product , when open box parts missing , and got spark from it but when I call them they don't have any answer , store said call online , online people said go to store , booklet given phone route to home depot but they don't want to replace there defective product

I ordered a new **** deere s100 riding lawn mower. It was delivered with dead battery, dirty, and only had about 2lbs air pressure in the tires. I called and was put on hold for 30 minutes. When I called back I got told I had to return the mower at my own expense and then they would process a refund while I paid for new mower to be delivered. What a joke.

The people who came to deliver and instal my new products were very unprofessional. They showed up early before the estimated window which was fine but then proceeded to not install the new dryer hose and completely refused to install the otr microwave complaining they were late for their next appointment when they hadnt even been there an hour and tried to lie about the time they got to my house at. Im very disappointed horrible experience never will j buy appliances from home depot again.

To those who are elderly and served in the Military if you do not have a smart phone and able to set up a military account with Home Depot via smart phone you will no longer receive a Military discount. Most elderly that served in the military either have a flip phone or no phone. So they dont qualify for their much deserved military discount. Shame on Home Depot !

Bought a special order Hardi Panel package from the *****,is WA store and paid to have it delivered to the site. Paid for 31 sheets and received 20. Brought the discrepancy to the ******** "Pro Desk" and was told Boise Cascade doesn't make count mistakes. 5 trips later with picture documentation I proved Home Cheapo damaged the items and didn't sent or report for replacement. It's all photo documented. 5 trips = over 300 miles and my compensation was I finally got what I paid for.

I had over 10k in kitchen countertops and 3 bathroom vanities done, worst experience ever. *** changed the price on me, changed the sinks without my permission, said they would do the complete tare out of the old countertops, not true, we had to do a partial tare out but had to pay full price, wrong cuts in the island, placed backsplash in front of a mirror, not flush with wall. Worst company I have ever dealt with orders a four thousand dollar window first window come it was wrong 3 months later second window wrong they said they could make it work destroyed my wall and didn't fix it Handel's on window to open it one missing other broken when delivered and two years later still not resolved I was told it will be fixed every time I call I get promised I will get a call never have I was told I will get money back, haven't seen anything have been lied to for two years and guess I have to get a lawyer ... read more
