I brought a new lawn mower in February and tried to use it for the first time on May 1st it did not work. I was wondering why the guy gave me an extra ***** off. Because it did not work the pull cord only pulled maybe 5 inches and wen no more then that. I took it back the forest day I tried using it and then I was informed that I only get 30 days to return a gas lawn mower. They refuse to credit my card back and forced me to take a store credit.

On November 29, 2021 I sat with one ***/*** for almost 3 hours as we carefully craft my custom entry doors, screen plus door. A total $1700, $500 applied to my ** card. I was told my doors would *********** to 8 weeks, and I would receive my doors on January 8th 2022. Home Depot is horrible they customer ********************** is just as horrible when you go in any Home Depot you can never find help then ordered online didnt receive my items and they said its nothing they can do

I am all done with the Home Depot. I tried buying two fridges from this company and got neither one. The one I tried to buy in the store won't allow pick up of the old fridge and I don't own a moving van. The second one was on line with pick up of the old fridge but it was going to take close to three weeks for it to happen. So also canceled that one, and of course I now have to wait three to five to seven days to get my money back.

Ordered shower doors. Called them and we were told our order was in. (********* **) Made the hour trip to pick them up and they were not there. Nobody seems to know where the doors we ordered on 4/22/22 are. 800 number we called reordered them and now we are waiting again with different delivery dates. I contacted the 800 number and had to leave a message for corporate (no one has the guts to take a phone call). I had a rough experience w/Home Depot AND their A-1 installers during the course of trying to get a sink replaced. The gal that helped me at HD was lovely - her name was *******. She's exempt from this complains. I starAted the project about Feb 15 ish 2022. It's now May and still nothing done. I ordered the sink items and there was an issue with the faucet interrupting the shutters. The store thought it would still work (w/a higher end faucet) but it didn't work so I spent a lot of hours trying to find one that would. I bou... read more

We had carpet and vinyl plank flooring installed on January 4/5, 2022. i had floors installed and the installer tells me that the floor need to be repaired, he takes pictures and i get a call from home depot and i am told that i need to pay for the fix before they can install. the area that was told to me was just a small area but the price was over $1000.00 we already payed over $3000.00 for this install but if we don't pay the work would not be completed. we have furniture in the garage and we was pressured to make this payment. we was not happy with this situation but we needed the floors do... read more
