Home Depot's service is a complete and utter scam. We ordered kitchen cabinets from them, which were assembled and ready to ship relatively quickly, but then sat in a warehouse a few hours from our home for MONTHS - Home Depot continuously rescheduled the delivery a total of FOUR times, creating endless delays in our home renovation, and costing us time and money. Worst customer ********************** ever. Nobody really knows what is going on in this store. Team members just get paid to stock up shelves and doesn't have a general knowledge or TRAINING of customer needs or the department they work in. Lack of management around in the store is just as bad. Managers don't even help.

The absolute worst company in the world. They may outsource delivery but in my eyes it falls on the company that hired them (AKA-Home Depot). We ordered 2 doors. They drop off 2 doors that were used and had clear evidence of prior attempt at installation. We waited 6 weeks for the "delivery" company to pick up the doors for return. Upon pick up they remove the doors from the box/ cardboard and leave a large amount of cardboard on the front of my lawn. When I approach the delivery men and ask why. I have hired The Home Depot to install flooring. They hired a 3rd party vendor. Little did I know they like to hire low rating companies. The installation company was rated on ****** under 2 stars the last I looked. The company damaged some property of ours and will not own up to it. Went through The Home Depot Claims through Sedgwick and they claimed that the damage was not due to install. I reported the damage the day after they finished the floor after we noticed. IT'S ALL ABOUT THE DOLLAR FIRST AND CUSTOMER ********************** IS NOT A PRIORITY. BEWARE!have no issues with the Home Depot Store (s). What follows are a couple of issues and experiences dealing directly with Home Depot Credit Card thru "Citibank".On 4/25/22 I noticed two debits to my Bank account of the same amount (****** x 2). They have the worst web site I have ever tried to use. I finally gave up and went to Lowes website and ordered what I needed and it was easy. Home Depot isn't much better in the store. I shop at the Tramonto Store in ******* and If you're lucky you might find someone who knows where the item you are looking for is. If you[re not so lucky they will send you to the opposite end of the store to the wrong place, or, even though they look at their little hand held device and it tells them they have the item, they really don't. We special ordered flooring and it was shipped to the store. They emailed us and there were only 3 boxes and all damaged then when we made it home we received another email saying the rest of our shipment was in. Went back to the store and 1 box out of the 9 were not damaged. Then had to sacrifice flooring we werent happy with because our appliances were going to be there the following week. Received our appliances and so far since March we have received 2 damaged refrigerators and now waiting on a new one. Called the store ... read more

Ordered a washer and dryer from HD. Waited over a week for delivery. Washer was defective and Home Depot didnt care and after 3 hours on the phone their best answer was to wait 3 more weeks for another. My wife has cancer and cannot drive to a laundromat but they didnt care I found the same washer at a local store who could deliver in a week. Cost me more but I dont care at this point. Home Depot really dropped the ball and will not get any. Business from me going forward

We made am order on Saturday to be picked up on Sunday morning. We have been waiting an hour and a half and still no goods delivered. This is horrendous service at the ***********, ** ****** location store.
