Terrible service, slimy tactics, do not trust the ******** Home Depot!My folks decided to gift a fantastic grill as a housewarming gift and had the grill shipped from the Santa Fe Home Depot to my home address.The grill should've arrived on Thursday, but no-call, no-show. I re-scheduled for delivery on Friday. Friday morning, I verified with corporate Home Depot that my address and shipping information was correct (everything was right!). I drop my family in the home depot located on ****** *************** flushing because I couldnt find a spot near the store, I let family go inside shop and I parked the further parking and I found my car was booted in 11 mins after I grab a coffee next to parking. Home Depot said driver dont allowed left the parking. We bought lot stuff in the store and you used the called bands. Mybootinfo.com to rubbing your customers!! The store in ****** ** owes me $15,000 and doesnt want to give me my refund . The store manager ****** is rude customer ********************** representatives are racist and very discriminative

My window was was called sound and security I believe an secure sheet to protect bashing in my window was use as a other advertisement due to the thickness of the security sheet was also name sound and security was add as a false advertisement which came first? the sound or security I still here the loud traffic and window were still bleeding moisture condensation dew last January weather I also ask for video on showing demonstrations on how our window can hold up a security break in it was not available please help bbb

**** **************** Went to get a key made at the machine+there was a guy in front of me making 6 copies which was taking a lot of time. While I would have been fine waiting for the machine to open up, ****** came over without being asked, opened up the manual station, and copied my keys in under 2 minutes. I was extremely impressed with his sharp attention to detail, helpful disposition, and commitment to expedient customer **********************.

Their move to be more a supplier to repair firms, and contractors is showing in a not so good way. Their consumer home products inventory is very inconsistent, and for many items, availability is not what the store website had. Their online product purchases from a given store seem to be: only available by home delivery, for a hefty price. Store personnel assistance in depts seems to be tasked with processing new credit cards versus helping the customer with question on **********************. I had a screen door installed which took three appointments before the installer finally showed up. The end result is a total disaster. The young man knew NOTHING! He ruined the door frame and put the screen door on crooked. The handle doesnt even open the door its jammed and crooked. Worst install ever!! Everyone who sees it replies that whoever did it had no idea what he was doing. Shame on Home Depot for using untrained installers.

I wish there was a zero star rating for home depots customer **********************. They are by far the most incompetent and unethical company I have dealt with in my 20 plus years of home maintenance and repair. Ordered a shower kit that showed up months late and damaged. I had to call for a refund and to get a new one reordered. When the new one showed up it was also damaged. Even worse experience with ordering a tool box for my truck. First one shipped 45 days late and then got lost. I had to call and ask for a refund an... read more

On May 1st , 2022, I placed two orders of stove and dishwasher.Home Depot missed the first promised delivery on May 9th.Then, I had to accept for a reschedule to May 14 (today). I received a call at 7:36 AM, on May 14, the same day of the second promised delivery, that the deliverers will arrive in 45 minutes. Near 6 hours, after, I still don't see the deliveries, and not heard of any news of the delivery!I had to call again to its customer ********************. Now, it's re-scheduled to May 19.
