Ordered a indoor/outdoor carpet from the ****************** ** Home Deport. Plenty in stock in the store. Instead of taking from stock, and having there truck deliver, as in my prior order. They decided to ship from GA. Received an email from Home Depot Shipped 5/17/2022 expected delivery date 5/19/2022. I ordered 4 appliances and one did not work. The two men sent to install the applicances were not qualified to install as they had to make several attempts to get it done. This included my new microwave falling onto my new stove. It is taking over one month to replace the diswasher that has not worked at all.

I bought a Home Depot five year extended warranty plan on my brand new ** refrigerator and then when the compressor went out in it Home Depot told me they cannot honor their warranty because ** will not honor their own warranty. I asked what do I get for the money I paid them for the Home Depot warranty then and they said they just give out the contact information to help me file a claim with ** and that is it. The worst Customer ********************** department I have ever dealt with! Purchased a dishwasher and paid for installation and haul away in advance. They mistakenly cancelled the installation and haul away and refused to rectify the issue. The dishwasher they delivered was damaged as well. Horrible experience with a recent order as my local **********, ** store cannot seem to fill the order and keeps pushing the delivery date back, yet customer ********************** refuses to allow me to cancel the order and insists I wait until it arrives at which point I can apparently refuse the order. I can't refuse an order that isn't being delivered, so round and round we've gone for weeks now. I can't cancel, I can't refuse, and I can't seem to get the order delivered. Washer delivered on May 19th 2022 The installers significantly damaged my bifold door, instead of opening up the bi-folder door of the area where the washer and dryer goes they were trying to fit in the washer into the drain tub without opening up the bi fold door & banging my brand new expensive washer multiple times there was 11 ******************** where the wood had came off of my bifold door and paint instead of opening up the door they just kept banging the washer on my bi fold door and damaging my washer and damaging ... read more

My husband and I, both veterans, loved Home Depot because they had always been a veteran friendly store. We went to the store in Glastonbury a couple days go to pick up plants for our garden and when we were checking out the cashier said they no longer accepted the military ID, we now needed a QR code, so we left everything there and walked out. Ordered a patio set cost me 800 plus taxes and shipping. Only part of the set came. When I called to inquire about the set I was given the run around and finally offered to return item them just reorder however this doesnt include paying double taxes and double shipping. They were of zero help. Never again will I buy from Home Depot.
