I ordered a washer and dryer set on 4/25/2022. When they arrived on the wrong day on 5/21/2022 instead of 5/13/2022 the date we set up at the store the dryer was damaged on the side. After a automated call the following week saying the delivery date was to be on 5/28/2022 I called that day for a time to find out it was changed to 6/1/2022. I purchased a deep freezer on line from the ******, ** store. I decided to pay for the delivery free since my husband was working. I took the day off the day of the delivery and received my delivery time via txt message. About midway into the day, I received a message that my deep freezer could not be delivered. Service department is a complete joke. ***** (service technician) *** (service supervisor) , and **** (store manager) are incompetent and unprofessional. Kept my snowblower for over 3 months and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it nor communicate with me. They claimed to have fixed it and it was ready to be picked up just to be told it needs a complete engine rebuild then the story changed to it might need one and they have no idea what's going on. They are the worse place to shop unless you do not need any help . my daughter an i went to purchase a washer an dryer we stood in the store for about twenty minutes i tried to find someone to help us asked three people they said they either did not work in that ***** or they were a contract person so i went to service desk ask for help or manager but that did not happen as i was waking out he door i overheard an employee that was talking to three other employees that she had to go to the appliance **** to help someone as i ... read more

Horrible customer **********************. Ordered multiple appliances online. Had a problem with one, spent multiple hours on the phone to be told to call back later even though there is a ridiculous 48 hrs period for returns on appliances. I am at a loss. Delivery guys were amazing, but I was told I had 48 hours from install to file a complaint because they dropped off without install. I purchased a fridge, washer and dryer from Home Depot in *********. The salesperson told us I will get a 5% bundle discount of $199.70. I was told the payment will be just over $4K but when I get the receipt, my card was charged $4,252.84. I called to ask why the discount was not applied and was told it will be refunded at a later date. When the appliances were delivered, the delivery left without installing (I was told installation is included), I called to ask about the $199.70 refund I have been waiting for. I wouldnt recommend any one to buy a appliance from them they will give you a delivery date and never call or show up and then change your date and you have to call them to find out whats going on with your order and tell you they dont no where have your order is at and think you going to be cool with you not getting your order so if you need something installed that they have to put in go elsewhere they say they going get back to you and never do get back to you
