If I could leave less than one star I would. Home Depot suggested they stock shelved in the store, on the website. I purchase 4 door k**** via PayPal. I get to the store and find out they have none in stock. The customer ********************** rep said, "oh, this happens all the time". The website said they had 77 in stock. This is called a bait and switch and I don't understand how they continue to get away with this. Why my Gawd, do they have an A+?

Home Depot has horrible service. I would not recommend them to anyone especially if you are looking for shower doors or bathroom vanities. They say they will deliver a product within a specified amount of time and then you call when it is not delivered and they have no answer. My wife and I have ordered twice from them the same shower doors and we still haven't received them two almost three months later. ******* location; ****** and 36th ST: very disappointed with my visit today. I spend minimum 15k/year here... Well, at least I had. Never again! Im a ******************* now. I had some returns to make without the receipt because my emailed receipts are going to the wrong email. I usually just ask for store credit because I know for a fact im going to use it. Do not use their credit service. ********* will rob you. they randomly drained my account, it took 2 days to get my money back and then they hit me for a missed payment. They just randomly added over 4k to one of my card balanced. I don't know how the h*** they get away with this. STAY AWAY In less than 3 months they took my credit from a 7.4 to a 5.9 STAY AWAY do not finance anything through them.

Recently I was to have some flooring installed by Home Depot. It was ordered in April 2022 and still not scheduled until June 2022. When It was finally scheduled I inquired about licensing and bond information. I was given 2 answers, the first was that the sub-contractor covered it, the 2nd was that Home Depot covered it. I inquired about the people who would be doing the installation and requested that the people who would be in my home spoke English so that I could communicate with them. Worst customer **********************. Purchased bundle appliances online, Fridge, dishwasher, and range, paid over $ ****. Waited for 2 weeks for the delivery, when the product arrived, fridge and dishwasher were damaged, they did not even bring in the house, they told me that they will bring another one next day... no calls no response, called 10 times, finally got in touch with ******* return center, they had no record of Home Depot reporting that items were damaged. Third time I have tried to use Home Depot's services. . An installation for a window was in place in April. I received information that the window would be put in on June 6 and someone would need to be in the home. This meant taking time off work to be present. June 6, received a call that someone should arrive at 9:30am. Next call, I was told that there was a missing part and there will be a delay on the window and no services for the day. I highly recommend avoiding using Home Depot for carpeting (and by extention Western Flooring whom they use to actually do the install). My experience went something like this...1. HD tech measured incorrectly, missed my whole hallway, and took poor photos 2. Scheduled the install, then was told they can't install carpet on wood stairs, had to escalate to have them agree to do it 3. Here are the people i contacted in 3 hours and noen helped me.All ii needed were the last 4 digits of my home depot card so I can enter these *** new bank account. They all refused, and many hung up. HOw can I pay if they won't give us info? I told all my soc sec #, name, address, even how much I owe, and i told them to send me via e mail the info.
