Home Depot hires a lot of island people and other foreign people to manage their stores and departments. I have heard that when American employees try to advance themselves the foreign managers block them. These same managers will advance foreign employees. Terrible service! The delivery guy for my stove never showed up, then cancelled the delivery. He lied and said he came by and no one was there. I'm so frustrated!

I purchased a dishwasher for $900 and it was installed 3/21/22. When installation was complete the guys took off fast. Upon inspection a roller on top rack was broken and I called the store to report it and simply asked them to replace it. This was within an hour. The salesperson I spoke with looked and could not find one so said she was ordering an entire new dishwasher (unnecessary, just fix the probably $1 part) and installation people would be in touch. Home Depot has really gotten worse with customer ********************** over the years. they do nothing to resolve a customer issue. I had my deck redone and when the contractor took the sample I bought at their store ($4.99) they gave him the wrong product!!!! How can you go wrong with all the details on the can? they gave him an oil-based stain instead of a water-based stain. He had completed 2/4 of the deck when I noticed!!! The color was horrible. If I could give zero stars I would! Ordered a refrigerator on may 30th because mine broke. Was to be delivered on June 11th they came and it was damaged. It looked like someone dropped it off a fork lift. The tech that was delivering and installing told us no problem since this one is damaged the store is only 30 miles away we could go grab another one. Purchased a ******* fridge on May 2nd, 2022. They set delivery date for May 13th. Product did not show up and I received no call / notice. I then rescheduled delivery to June 11th after hours and hours on the phone. Product once again never showed up and no phone call.
